The fact I was able to get this as a late Christmas present, however your store I collected from had stock, so Why did it have to be sent & not reserved direct with them?

Very helpful, friendly and efficient
The staff are EXREMELY helpful friendly and efficient. The shelves are well stocked and if they havent got what I want they can get it for me.

Great service, helpful staff
Unfortunately the album I wanted on vinyl had been discontinued. But the excellent staff in there were able to order me another album by the same band and also highlighted an up and coming release of the band. The order was delivered to my home within a couple of days at no additional cost. Great service. Wonderful staff. I believe the staff member was called Ewan, they were a great help.

A pleasure to shop at HMV Woking
I had to travel further to visit an HMV store as the branch closer to me is currently relocating. It was not ideal, but the help and attention I received from Laura at the Woking branch today made up for the inconvenience entirely. She was welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. An absolute pleasure to meet and be served by her.
I had called primarily to collect an online order, but I had questions regarding stock, availabilty and costs of other items. Laura helped me with all the information I requested, and placed another order for me in store today. A highly successful outing and experience. Thank you Laura.
