The fact I was able to get this as a late Christmas present, however your store I collected from had stock, so Why did it have to be sent & not reserved direct with them?

Excellent service and helpful staff!
Great service, staff are always super friendly and happy to help with any queries. Even if they don't have items in stock they're only to happy to order them from the warehouse and, in my experience, items arrive within a few days.

Great in store staff
I received very helpful advice when looking to purchase and the shop assistant was polite, informative and new his products.

Pet Shop Boys latest album
You had everything I came in for. Plus the staff were really helpful, as I wanted to order some more CD's.
Plus I was also picking up the Pet Shop Boys latest album which I had on order

Brilliant store and staff
Brilliant store and staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable also able to get around the store quite easily with my assistance dog so another great aspect of this store

Very helpful with their help with my order. Very nice, competent staff who made sure I got my order okay, even though I was a bit surprised they didn’t have it in the stock. Excellent!

My favourite shop by far
My favourite shop by far, I'm always in HMV, whether that's to actually buy something or to browse what I'll buy next. Staff are always so helpful and friendly, people I can really have a conversation with about music - which is lovely as I have a very strong passion for my music.
I would 100% recommend this shop if you're searching for a CD, Vinyl, Band tshirt or anything anime related.

Woking HMV is epic
Woking HMV is epic! Staff so helpful, helped me order an online limited edition LP and even went as far as typing out gift card for my daughter! Ordered, dispatched and assisted me in paying for item all in less than 20 mins.

When you place a Click & Collect order this is sent from our warehouse to the store. We do offer a reservation service if the items are in stock which you can arrange by contacting Ring & Reserve on 03333 230 667.
