The fact I was able to get this as a late Christmas present, however your store I collected from had stock, so Why did it have to be sent & not reserved direct with them?

Great Customer Service
Tha staff are friendly and helpful, I was talking to Kayleigh and she checked for the Blu ray I was looking for and advised that they could deliver to the store by the weekend. I placed the order and it had arrived as per her advice. Great customer service and it is great to have HMV back in Woking😊

Woking HMV is a god send
Woking HMV is a god send! Lost all our record shops long time ago so last few years been like old times. Anyway had a pre order on the new alien movie went smoothly as usual no complaints 100 percent perfect

Excellence
Excellent service every time l visit, which is quite often, certainly at least once every month to make some type of purchase.
The staff are predominantly helpful and the manager is quite exceptional in his knowledge of what’s available in both CDs and LP sized records . Thank you all for your excellence and please do continue in the same way

Great in store staff
I was impressed with the help I got in store to find and order an album on CD. The process was very simple and it arrived in store quickly. I was kept informed by HMV of the delivery. The staff were really warm and friendly.
