Easy , friendly, helpful
Walked in , asked where the cd is wanted was (lazy bugger -me) , was taken directly to it . Paid , entered e mail address on screen . Mission complete . Very nice friendly, knowledgeable sales person.
Much prefer going into store and talking to a PERSON , not on line with an AI Bot.

The staff at Workington hmv are the biggest part of what makes it great. We've visited stores all over the country and this is by far our favourite. They've got some really cool and good quality merch/products. We like to have a ratch through it and get the staffs input
