The delivery service was excellent
We got our dvd promptly and it was very well received as I had forgotten that I had ordered it, we would have no problem recommending hnv to anyone.

Always Helpful and Friendly
I've always had a very positive experience in the Workington shop when I've been in to either buy or order (mainly) CDs or DVDs.

Got a HMV giftcard for my birthday and…
Got a HMV giftcard for my birthday and because I couldnt use it to order the CD I wanted online ( WHY ? 😡) - I travelled to the closest HMV branch 12 miles away to order it to be delivered to my address. The service in your Workington branch was excellent.
