Really friendly.

Despite it being near the end of the day, the person on the till (Jack) was still really friendly and went to help somebody else AFTER he had served me (well empressed).

Very Helpful Service from Gary with regard to ordering bathroom ware, in The Farnham Branch, even though the job was a bit tricky, impressed with the treatment and service from all the staff in the shop, and the products were all very good, will def.,be back, best customer service in a large store, for months

False advertising

We googled an item which said it was in stock at the Farnham Surrey store.
We especially made an effort to travel 8 miles to get this particular item and when we got there and asked an assistant she replied no sorry we don't stock that item.
We told her according to the website you do. She said you can order and pay for it online then we would have to refund you as the item is discontinued
This is clearly advertising under false pretence and we wasted our time, effort and petrol money on a item you say you stocked which was in fact discontinued.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They had picked the wrong item. But changed it over quickly and apologised
