Honne Box Avis 62

I ordered a box on the 10th of July and received it on the 4th of August. I was anticipating the delay in delivery, hence I ordered it two months before I actually needed it. I was skeptical due to the reviews and for that reason anxiously kept tracking the package. The delivery process, although long, went very smoothly. There was one hiccup in trying to track the package at one point, but I recieved it 2 days after the estimated delivery date. The product itself is really beautiful, exactly as advertised. I also emailed honnebox when there was confusion in tracking the package, and I got a response within a day. All in all, I am very happy.

I'd rather not give a star. Honnebox is a SCAM. I ordered two box and it's almost over 2 months and I haven't received anything, plus they don't respond to emails. Another thing, they will convinced buyers for a damn additional fees to track their delivery when there's NONE to begin with. DON'T BUY FROM this store.

It costs $4 on AliExpress, they sell it for $30. Good business.

I ordered 2 boxes, you are my sunshine for my mum and can't help falling in love for my partner. Was worried after I read the reviews on here with regards to delivery's, however I received mine within a week and a half(I'm in uk) the boxes are amazing. Exactly as advertised.

10 days after the order, still no sight of my product. The tracking number does not show anything. Sure feel like a scam. I paid for "express shipping" but they tell me shipping could take up to 30 days.. If it is not a scam, it is a cheap product being dropped shipped from china... Not worth your money or the wait

Funny how all the negative reviews have the same experience, and all the 5 star reviews try to talk about their experience like they're defending against the negative reviews. Seems like a scam to me

Terrible service, this place ain't real

I have just received my honnebox. It's awesome. It's just same as in the website. I was worried about reading the bad reviews given by some customers after I made payment, however my experience was good but unfortunately they are not shipping to Pakistan, then I gave them UAE address where they shipped it within 15 days with normal delivery. My wife will love to have it.

Don't buy anything on their site. They just buy it on alliexpress for less than 5€ and then ship it to you. Be smart and buy it on alliexpress so you don't give them 15€ for litterally nothing.

A terrible company. I offered it for my girlfriend for valentine's day. It was shipped on the 6th of February, on the 28th of February they indicated the product "has been lost". Company is fraud, no CS number whatsoever. When I asked for it they kept ignoring my request in 5 consequent emails.

Ik ben ooit in `t zak gezet en ik dacht dat het weer gebeurd was maar alles bleek perfect in orde. De tracking is niet super up to date maar wel correct. De enige reden voor 4 sterren ipv 5 is de lange levertijd. Maar ik kan me inbeelden dat als je gratis verscheept vanuit China, dat je dit niet voor elke klant op 3 dagen klaar krijgt. De levering was zeer keurig verpakt en speelt mooi, zoals beloofd. Dik in orde!!

In navolging op mijn eerdere review. Na aandringen op verschillende media, eindelijk bericht. Het bleek al verscheept te zijn, zelfs.
Dus geen miskoop alleen totaal geen communicatie of iets. Je moet er zelf achteraan.
De goederen zijn inmiddels ontvangen en zijn prima en kundig uitgevoerd. Leuke muziekdoosjes, muziek klopt en ik heb precies ontvangen wat ik besteld heb. De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding ligt wel wat scheef, ze mogen wel iets goedkoper zijn... maar ach. Ik heb gelukkig geen kat in de zak! Wou ik nog ff kwijt. Dank Honne Box!

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I bought my husband a music box for Valentine’s Day- it’s now Valentine’s Day and guess what my husband doesn’t have- a present. Honne Box doesn’t tell you it takes up to 30 days for you to get your order. And apparently that’s even with the extra money I spent for expedited shipping. The music box is somewhere in New Jersey now, where it’s been for almost a week. Absolutely inept communication, no help whatsoever when you reach out to them. Dishonest and I’ll be surprised if I actually ever receive what I ordered.

After having already placed my order, I went to find reviews and was kind of scared finding so many negative ones. I thought this might a scam company!

My experience was far from this. The product took a while to be delivered, but I expected this when it's coming from China. The product itself is very good quality, and the packaging is also very nice for gifting.

Price maybe a little bit high, but overall very happy with my purchase!

I was assured by HonneBox exactly a month ago, on the 29/12/2020 that the order was being changed to the Harry potter one instead of the one I ordered clicking by mistake.

I have just received the item, with more than 2 weeks delay, and it is wrong, the order wasn't changed and I received another one instead.

I would attach some pictures as proof but there are no options.

I don't recommend this service at all.

After a month wait I was notified that the package was delivered to the original sender 20 days have pass and no one is being responsible either usps or Honnebox

Paid £59.97. Item did not arrive. No answer til now when contacted.

First off, communication with this company was so difficult and time consuming. Next, I asked them to change the art style on the box and they were happy to change it but they changed it to the wrong picture. I emailed them to let me sample the music and they never replied to me, so when I received the music box of the avatar’s love song, it does not hit the correct notes, which I was worried about but they never got back to me about it. I would never recommend anyone to this place. Wish they had better communication with their customers.

Ordered on a Christmas sale buy one and get one . Was expecting two boxes to gift to twins but surprisingly found only one delivered. Customer service too is not responding . Bad experience. Not even worth of a start. I would not recommend it to anyone.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I placed an order on November 24th. I received a shipment confirmation and number the following day. This would make a reasonable person believe the product had shipped and you'd have it before Christmas. Sadly, this was not the case. When I reached out to the company 3 weeks later I was told to wait, so I did. I emailed them the week of Christmas and received an email back on the 26th that it had finally left their facility. In all of my correspondences I explained it was a Christmas gift. When I asked for a refund because they hadn't bothered to ship it for a month, I was rejected. I would NEVER order from their deceitful hacks ever again. If you do, make sure to order 6 months in advance so it'll only be slightly late.
