Honne Box Avis 62

Purchased item from their website on Dec. 8, 2020 and as of January 4, 2021 the item has not arrived. I was notified that the item had shipped on Dec. 15, 2020. Then on Dec. 23, 2020 a shipping label was created in Compton, CA.... don't know where it was before that. Dec. 29, 2020 (after Christmas and after I had an upset 6 year old) I have a USPS tracking number but according to them they also have not received the package.

Long and short:
1) Don't waste your time or money on something that may or may not be there.
2) It's a UK company that markets Chinese products extremely well, and that's where Honne Box stops being good.
3) You cannot return item, get money back, cancel order, etc.

They will take your money and walk away.

I have purchased another music box for my niece (from a reputable company) and regardless of whether or not this item arrives I will not give it to her.

Scammed once, but putting this review/complaint in as many forums as possible. Sharing on Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, TicTok, Twitter, SnapChat, Parler, BBB.

It has been a month, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Don't buy into the nice website and plush marketing scheme... this is a scam.

I was worried that the website might have been a scam but was pleasantly surprised when I received a confirmation email and the box arrived just over a month later to the UK ( I thought I would be waiting months due to covid etc). To be completely honest it was so much better than I thought it would be. Absolutely love it.

in the end it turned out that when I paid for two boxes I received only one 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

It's FROUD. Please don't fall for that. I Have made an order through Instagram before so many months and when I am trying to inform them they're least bothered.So its clearly shows that this isn't a one time thing for them .

Beautiful music box arrived today. The perfect wedding keepsake gift. Ordered on the 19th October and received 10th November (so well within the delivery estimate of 40 days to the UK). The fine detail inside the box is amazing. Would recommend this company! Thank you

I just recieved my Honnebox music box in the mail today. I’m super happy about the product! The delievery took 3 weeks, which I had been prepared for on the website. (Shipped to Denmark). The product is just as I wished for, and it comes in an exclusive box. Very happy about the whole experience.

Ordered a music box at the end of June and never received it. Tried contacting customer service and they said they’d “look into it for me” and haven’t heard anything since. Save your money

I ordered a music box at the beginning of October and it's about to be November, it still hasn't came.

Made my purchase in early August - didn’t receive it. The company have had me trying to prove I didn’t receive it when there was no delivery note etc.

I’ve been in touch with them on numerous occasions trying to get a refund, and just been told I need to get proof from the logistics provider!

Unbelievably bad service, pretty much a scam.

I placed an order with Honne Box and received my order within 3 weeks to the UK. I was skeptical reading reviews on here regarding the company but I must be one of the lucky ones. Very happy with my little music box, sounds great and the wooden box is gorgeous. Lovely little gift

No problems at all. Delivery worked fine for U.K. and package was here just over 2 weeks later. A lovely present idea for my boyfriend he loves it!

I'm happy with my product and the delivery. I ordered less than a month ago and it just arrived (Germany). I didn't contact the support, therefore can't tell anything about it. I don't know if it is hand crafted, but it does its job and that's what it should do. The box looks nice and as I stated, I am happy with it.

I am absolutely in love. I ordered 4 - one for my boyfriend (Can't Help Falling In Love), my parents (You Are My Sunshine), my older sister as her early birthday gift (Happy Birthday) and my boyfriend's parents (Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody).

It does take a little longer to arrive (1-2 months), but when it did, everybody was surprised and excited.

It's such a cute, delicate, long-lasting memory. I have always loved music boxes, ever since I was a little girl, and this has awaken my love for them yet again. Thank you HonneBox, I really love it. ❤️

Ordered and was expecting lengthy delivery as stated on their website. Items shipped from China so this is not a problem. Item was dispatched within 3 days which was great, however once in the UK it made it through customs but then when it reached royal mail the status was 'rejected from machine'. It stayed like that for over a week. I chased Honne Box who firstly gave me the royal mail tracking number (which I didnt need) and said to contact them. Royal mail told me it is likely now lost and wont arrive and it is on the company to claim for it and send me a new one. Since I told Honne Box this I've heard basically nothing apart from 'we are looking into it'. They've been useless. It should not be hard for them to deal with this. I'd think twice before using them. It's been nearly 6 weeks and I dont have my item and they are doing nothing about it. Its verging on fraudulent. Shocking customer service and i advise you to look elsewhere for similar products.

Ordered two music boxes June 8th and as of August 27th I have yet to receive any return emails or updates on the shipping despite multiple emails.
Didn't receive music boxes until mid November

Don't buy this, ships from China and takes 3 months to arrive, the Customer support does not answer any questions.. and the quality is rubbish 😠

Placed an order for two items and used express shipping method for delivery. Both items shipped on same day, one item was delivered almost 4 weeks after I placed my order and I am still waiting the other item - it’s been almost 2 months and counting since I placed my order. They blame covid-19 for this whole thing, but it’s clear they used standard shipping on part of my order to save money!..... The company is based in China, extremely poor service, stay away at all costs!

Absolute scam, paid for a box mid may it is now mid july and nothing has arrived. Scam

Bare with me. I bought three music boxes off Honnebox and almost immediately regretted it as I never got a confirmation email and their contact link bounced back my emails. Decided it was a scam site. Looked around and found the same products cheap on Amazon. Bought one. It came quickly but it was cheap laser printed mdf. I loved it anyway. I oiled it up with Danish myself and got it looking fairly nice.

Then some time later (delayed by 2020) much to my surprise the Honnebox boxes actually arrived and honestly they were really nice, much nicer than I could make the other one. The communication trouble was Microsofts problem.

Clearly the same design other than a logo but very nicely, deep engraved onto a much more pleasant wood. Nicely finished and great sound. I think they justify the higher price and I will cherish these cute little things. Fair play to Honnebox for a quaint little business model and great marketing.

Felt the need to leave a review since clearly many people have had the same misconception as i did. They are exactly as they appear in the videos.
