2 bulk bags becomes 30 small bags
I ordered 2 bulk bags of topsoil but when it arrived by courier van, it was in 30 x 35L bags which had to be handballed off the pallet in the van by the courier as I couldn't lift them. I had to get a friend to help me empty the bags!

My First Time with HSS
I set up the hire online and it was very simple.
I rang customer service on a couple of occasions to discuss Term & Conditions and they were on the ball and very helpful. Finally, my hire went to plan. The equipment was in good condition and did the job.

Delivery was scheduled and confirmed…
Delivery was scheduled and confirmed for Wednesday. At the end of that day, customer service couldn't answer when or where the delivery was.
Was assured that I would receive a call with information.
Next morning the delivery was showing complete.
Later that day I received an email saying it would be delivered after lunch and it was delivered by another company

Still waiting…
Tools were supposed to arrive on Wednesday, got an email to say they messed up and had rearranged for Friday. Nothing has arrived (it’s now Sunday) and my emails to HSS remain unanswered. Highly inconvenient as had blocked this weekend out to do the work.
