HSS ProService Avis

Hired a wacker plate at short notice. Easy to book. The item was delivered to me exactly as promised. It was also collected promptly at the end of the hire. The machine worked well. I don’t really like pull cords and I wondered if it was going to let me down, but it didn’t. I think the hire was competitively priced. All in all, very impressed.

Decent price, good early delivery!

Comms have been a little vague on collecting the machinery

Quick and simple to order, timely delivery by friendly driver
Nothing to complain about

Easy to order. Kept up to date with delivery grat customer service can't fault will be using again and fully recommend

Easy to manage hire online. Kit was delivered and collected on time.
A great service.

Great service, great value, great equipment

Friendly helpful staff

First class, very competitive price, great communication, through to reliable delivery

Quality of the product and delivery date met my expectations.

First time using the HSS service and platform. Easy to navigate and select the equipment I needed. It was delivered on time and collected 6 days later. Deposit refunded as stipulated.
No issues and will use HDS again

My fence panels are covered in white patches. I don't want to paint them so this is not acceptable...

Ordered and it arrived when stated - the driver was very helpful in placing it exactly where I wanted it. No problems at all.

Very helpful delivery man.

appalling service, i ordered top soil and it was meant to be with me on friday , i called them and they said they would return my call but that never happened.

On saturday i called again and finally spoke to someone who could help but his hands were tied and alas no delivery again...and the only reason i even foiund this out was because i contacted them as they gave me no headsup as to an issue their end.

I travelled from cromer to lowestoft to do the job and i ended up losing travel and a weekends pay due to such a little issue that should have never happened but they obviously do not care about that.

Price was the best around, delivery was good and the delivery guy explained everything with the machine. Best thing got an extra day for free as pick up was a day late. Machine ran smoothly and did its job.

Easy to place the equipment request. Prompt and quality service from the delivery driver. Exactly what I needed.

Nice top soil, bit later than said though

Excellent price and service from this company.
Good value for delivery and driver was exceptional.
Highly recommend

The wacker plate was delivered on time ready to go. The driver took the time to go through operation of it to ensure i was happy and it worked well on my shed base. I was contacted in good time to arrange collection. Overall great.

Good service at a reasonable price - will definitely use HSS again - and recommend them to my friends.
