It has only been a month of me starting this course, So I’m unable to review the full course material however so far it has been very enjoyable, interesting and engaging.
The customer service on the hand has been excellent. Customer service agent Roy was very helpful from helping me to decide which course is right for my needs to giving me enough time to make my decision without being pushy or salesy. I had multiple course related questions which Roy very patiently answered. Roy went over the payment scheme and even went over how I could tailor the payments to my needs, absolutely fantastic. After I purchased the course customer service was also on point very quick to reply to messages and very responsive. My only regret is that I bought the course at full price as the course went only sale 2weeks after a made my purchase

The course is going well I am just waiting on my laptop to continue my studies with Hudson course.
IASSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
I had taken the 6 month course package including IASSC exam from Hudson. I had passed the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt on 21 June 2024.
What did i like about Hudson?
The course had a lot of material and was a mixture between webinars and pre-recorded narrated slides. The combination of both provided an engaging learning environment.
The course had the official peoplecert study guide which was useful as they are the IASSC examiners.
The trainer provided interesting practical examples which one could engage with and understand how lean six sigma is applied in the working environment.
In general, Hudson support was good when responding to any queries.
What did i not like about Hudson?
The IASSC exam was far more difficult than the practice exams that Hudson provides. This is somewhat understandable but what is not, is that the video material that Hudson provides is not fully sufficient to pass the IASSC black belt exam - i had to dig deep into my undergraduate statistics memory (from 10 years back) to answer some of the exam questions. There needs to be a review of the course material provided by Hudson to ensure it is relevant and up to date with what is expected of a candidate in the exam. My success in the exam was a combination of material from Hudson, GoSkills and my undergraduate statistics training.
I hope that the above will help the Hudson team to improve the course as i do think they have the necessary building blocks in place:)!

No refund for cancer victim
I paid for a course with Hudson but unfortunately was diagnosed with cancer shortly after. I contacted them to ask for a year extension, in the hope I might recover and be able to complete my learning. They said 6 months was all they were willing to give me. It ended up taking years for me to finally win my battle, after which I asked for a refund as I never used any of their resources or completed any exams etc. Despite producing the relevant doctors certificates I was told they would be keeping my money and were not interested why I wasn’t able to complete the course. Heartless and greedy, not what I expected from a company such as Hudson.

An amazing experience so far
I have had a wonderful and pleasant experience with Hudson so far. Before I enrolled onto the course, I spoke to advisors over the phone that were really informative and helpful in discussing various aspects of the course. The course materials are well produced and the extras such as the flash cards are really useful tools that aid in memorisation and understanding. Overall, it’s been a brilliant experience so far and it has helped me progress in gaining knowledge that will no doubt aid me in my professional career.

I must mention Roy who had been my first point of contact at Hudsons provided me with a generous amount of his time to answer all my queries including some of which I could’ve potentially found on the website. Since I was being sponsored for the course by my employers I had a very crisp budget and although the timing was such that there was a newer edition being rolled out for the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course along with Six Sigma Black belt, Roy worked with me to provide me with the edition I had shown interest in.
Following the enrolment I was provided with the Online Video learning/class links which have so far been very useful to me. Although I had to wait a little longer than expected to receive the e-book (one of the reasons of my hesitation to give a full score) I did receive it without having to chase for it.
Since the above were the only real interactions I’ve had with the Hudson team, and, since they’ve all been very responsive each time I surely am a very happy “Student/Customer”.
Once again a massive appreciation towards Roy for going above and beyond 😊

These guys are fantastic! The courses are straightforward, well set up and the online portal you use to access everything is user friendly. Their customer service is excellent! I had to extend my course for personal reasons and they helped me every step of the way without complaint. Honestly best customer service I’ve ever encountered which is rare nowadays. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course
I recently completed the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt exam through IASSC, and I couldn’t be happier with the course provided by Hudson Learning.
The course materials were great. I appreciated having both video lectures and well-organized lecture notes. This dual approach helped reinforce the concepts effectively. The weekly live seminars were a game-changer. They allowed me to interact with the instructor, ask questions, and dive deeper into specific topics. The real-time discussions were invaluable. The sample papers provided by Hudson Learning were instrumental in my exam preparation and helped me build confidence. The team is always around to quickly get back together queries through email.

So far customer service have been very helpful and I couldn’t fault
First time novice…
and Security + and in total I have access to 12 courses over a 12 month period, so far I have passed my first course Comp Tia IT fundamentals FCO-U61: and have my Certificate, the course is easy to follow and has everything you need to pass, I have now moved on to my Comp Tia A+ (Core 1) this course is a bit more in depth but again everything you need is available, the tutors are great and being video tutorials you can rewind and start again if need be.
I had looked around other course providers and found the guys at Hudson don’t make false promises or offer discount if you join today, I called up spoke to a very knowledgeable person and told him how I wanted to do the courses, and they have been very helpful in making what I need happen, everything I have encountered so far has been very positive.

Ideal for self preparation
A great course for independent exam prep! It covers both theory and practice with lots of useful and well structured content. The webinars and Minitab exercises make learning even better, giving you an in depth preparation for the exam.

Perfect Prince2 Course Provider
I've been looking for a while for a Prince2 Foundation& Practitioner course and it's really difficult to select from all the choices that's out there. I am so excited to have found this course from Hudson! Beyond an amazing competitive price, the course covers all my needs including providing all the materials that I need, which not every provider includes in the final cost or provides at all! A representative contacted me very swiftly to ensure all my answers were answered and as soon as I purchased the course everything arrived instantly, from the course materials to my log in. Having had some further queries, these were dealt with via email very quickly as well!

The course is good
The course is good, just what is needed to keep you focused on the qualication.
The customer service is fantastic but is let down by the automated systems such as your payment system.

Good service
I found the Support Team very helpful and quick in sorting out the registration. I was particularly pleased with Roy’s help – he was very understanding of my situation and offered a good solution that enabled me to start the trainings in a convenient time. I have started the PRINCE2 training and so far I am happy with the online delivery.

I must say we really enjoyed learning…
I must say we really enjoyed learning with you and there are a lot of positives in what you do, from great customer service to great content.
Few areas of improvement, there are slight miss communication on what the tutors say is available to us as students vs what Hudson actually does ie access to recordings of sessions which would make life so much easier prior to exams. My team have expressed a bit of annoyance at that but overall we are very happy with what you have offered us.
