Customer service team are unhelpful and rude! Such a hassle for a problem that could have been avoided if they were competent in the first place!

Review update... You’re still accusing me of signing for a parcel when I did not & I have offered ring doorbell footage to prove this. Your response is yet again a prime example of the customer service I have been receiving.

We honestly can’t recommend Hugo & Ted enough. It’s definitely not just for sausage dogs, we’ve got a spaniel and when Moose was a puppy his sling was a lifesaver. It meant we could take him out for socialisation before his vaccinations, and then when he got tired on longer walks we could just pop him in.

Their jumpers are absolutely gorgeous, and what we love most is that they’re made to measure so you always get the perfect fit. Everything is customisable too, we’re slightly obsessed with getting Moose’s name on things, it just makes them feel extra special.

But it’s not just clothes, they’ve thought of everything. Their bags are brilliant for all the doggy bits you need to carry, and the waterproof car seat liner has been a total game changer after muddy walks. Honestly, it’s saved our car more times than I can count! Plus, their customer service is always spot on, they reply so quickly and are genuinely lovely to deal with.

We’re also big fans of the new Simply Hugo & Ted range. It’s perfect if you need something right away, like for a trip and don’t have time to wait for a custom order.

What makes it even better is knowing that everything is 100% British and handmade. You can tell how much care goes into each piece and it feels great supporting a brand that’s also really sustainable. They even use cut offs and by products where they can to minimise waste, which we think is brilliant.

All in all, Hugo & Ted is just a fantastic brand, stylish, practical and genuinely thoughtful in everything they do. We absolutely love them!

The best dachshund accessories I have ever used! These products are absolutely beautiful and hand made to the highest quality. The sling has been a life-saver for our little man who can’t use back legs due to a spinal injury.
My squad of sausage dogs love the beds and always pile in together and cosy up.

The product is nice but the issues with shipping meant that it took ages to arrive even though it showed in stock. I ordered on June 30th and it arrived on 17th July. Even when dispatched as Royal Mail 48 hour tracked it was then over a week to arrive. I understand this is possibly a Royal Mail issue but when I reached out I was just told to wait. We had hoped to use this for a trip which we then could not. I asked if I could return and told yes, but then not replied to when I asked if they would cover postage back.

The product itself is nice, the label with the brand name on is hanging off a bit and not fully attached, disappointing when it is an expensive item.

I think the quality is generally OK, but would not purchase from them again due to the shipping issues and think you could probably buy something just as good cheaper elsewhere. I also would have liked customer service to have been more understanding at the length of time it had taken.

I ordered the leopard print sling for our new mini dapple dachshund girl it’s so beautiful and my little puppy feels so safe & secure, she has loved going out and people have even asked to take photos so sweet, thank you so much Hugo & Ted I highly recommend this product there are so many stunning patterns & colours to choose from, Daisy 🌼 Theresa & George xxx

We love our Hugo & Ted doggie sling. We tried it for the first time last weekend and it was so much easier on our arms than carrying our cocker spaniel. She suffers with arthritis in her back and hips so, although she doesn't realise it, needs to take a break on longer walks. She is chuffed to be having a snuggle and felt safe and secure - no fidgeting, just watched the world go by! As she is nearing the weight limit for the sling we supported her legs and bottom gently with our arms. We shall be taking it with us everywhere in future. She can still enjoy being out with us without being in pain.
Well made and good quality material. Folds up nicely in my handbag!

Great sling used all throughout crufts was stopped about 25times asking where I got it (I was the pink haired girl with black toy poodle) Violet loves her sling and really helpful to use in busy Paris too! Always bring it with me in busy areas for Violet to feel safe ❤️

I spent a lot of time looking for a sling for our 14 year old Jack Russell mix, and Hugo and Ted kept coming up! The staff were helpful and explained clearly how the sling would fit a dog of her size. Thanks!

Discovered Hugo and Ted at Crufts today and so pleased I did. I didn’t think twice before purchasing one of their gorgeous dog slings! They are such beautiful quality. I tried it with our dog as soon as we got home and it’s super comfy too - both for me and our doggy! Highly recommend!

I tried and tested out the new fleece dog carrier, I got to try it out using a member of staffs dog called Clover and, I found the item brilliant, very comfortable, I could not feel the dogs weight and I was told Clover was almost 10kg.
The only thing I'd say is that maybe the neck size could be a tad bigger, to go over your head .. The colour choices were great, we went for the pink and then decided to go back to the stand at Crufts and go and get the pink with purple hearts.

I shall definitely be recommending it to all my friends in my Shih Tzu Facebook group, whee we have over 8k members.
