Waited for actual HOURS to get the food…

Waited for actual HOURS to get the food delivery. We called the restaurant and they said the food was just sitting there for over an hour and no one came to pick it up. This service should be out of business. The food arrived after 10PM. Definitely not the time we eat dinner. NEVER EVER EVER use them.

Ordered food to take away and didn't receive a notification so the food was cold when I finally enquired myself, directly with the restaurant. Absolute joke customer service that just says sorry and lies about the reasons they failed.

do not use them for food delivery. food was sitting at restaurant as we called restaurant after eta delivery time went over 15mins. ended up re ordering food on ubereats. hungry panda delivered food nearly 1 hour after eta time, chicken was cold. kids ended up eating hot uber eats delivery and cold food ended up in rubbish bin. customer service centre only offered $5 credit. what a joke

Food was extremely late and cold

Food was extremely late and cold. Got a text saying the driver was approaching, then watched on the map while they drove all over town with my food for an hour. Customer service says they can only refund me $6 despite a policy on their website that says they will refund you if your food is more than an hour beyond the originally promised time.

Shocking service

Placed an order 11am, waited for 2 hours and ask the customer service about the order and to cancel the order. They just said the food is ready and cannot refund me the order. At about 4pm the order got delivered and the food was not edible when it arrived. A shocking 5-hour wait and they act like it’s not their fault and cannot refund me anything. If this is how you do business and treat your customers, you’ll get bankrupted soon honestly.

感谢店家打电话告之不能给低过5星!还有告之不再接客人的生意!提醒了在这家已经消费了60几次、不能再浪费时间和金钱!所以现在是生活在封建社会,只有一家卖绿茶的吗?是不是要跪求lu cha了?我们楼下不远就有8家啊!

I placed the order

I placed the order, which was then canceled without notifying me nor giving me a reason. Then the money was refunded to the app, becoming app money for the next order:/ after this unpleasant experience, I wont even want to order from them again, horrible.

Terrible

The restaurant canceled my order because they closed at night (not shown on the app) whereas the app refuse to refund my money and put it in the wallet of ITS APP. What truly blew my mind is u cannot withdraw the money but only put it for another order, and wait for it, u can not use it with extra payment. This means I have 11 pounds in my account now which I can not withdraw. What makes it worse is you can only for other orders using the only account deposit but not a part of the payment.

So now I have 11 pounds in my app account for three months because I refuse to deposit more money to make an order, for which the minimum is 60 pounds. Who gives them the right to not refund a customer's money unless he deposits more?

Would immediately delete it once there is another app I can order Chinese food from.

HungryPanda company to be investigated

I ordered food today, and the delivery person cursed on the phone, threw the food on the road and disappeared, so I contacted Hungry Panda to inform them. He tells you to look,ccty , find and eat. What ignorant bastar is this? customer service. it's trash, I think I reported this company to Birmingham city council growing up hungry panda Be careful, it's a scam company, I'm suing

Rude staffs and did not received the food i ordered

1. I did not received my food and I could not call and text the delivery man because the number on app is wrong. And then i tried to customers services but they are useless.
2. They do not train its staffs, the staffs always call you and say they already arrived and let you wait downstairs for 5 minutes before they actually arrived.
3. The staffs always ask you downstairs to collect and call you in advance, they never send the food in front of the door, what’s the points I’m order food and pay delivery fees if i still have to go outside and waiting for food for . It is literally happening every time.

Absolutely no customer service - no food and stole my money - told lies!

I ordered and paid for home delivery takeaway last night at 7.03pm when it had not arrived by 8.30 I contacted the restaurant they advised me that the order had not been picked up by there delivery people. They rang and told me at 9.15pm that the food was on its way to me. Of course this was not true I never ever received my order and they have my money - do not under any circumstances order through them if you don’t want to be ripped off - especially on Father’s Day.
