Arranged an appointment and they had me sat there for 3 hours in an empty property and never turned up. Never had the courtesy to let me know they weren’t coming. Didn’t reply to text or answer phone. Very unprofessional.oh and they also remove negative reviews off their Facebook page so beware

I am soo pleased with the service I have received from Impress blinds. The gentleman (Maz) came to measure up and provided a fantastic quote. I received a txt message a few days before fitting to confirm my fitting date and time, I wasn’t able to do the time they’d allocated for me but the lady was able to work around my schedule and rearrange my time slot. Fast forward to the following Monday and my blinds were fitted.
