I'm very happy with your service and the shipping is fast. I love the bars too. I wanted to add that when I submitted this review several days ago I did not receive my $10 off I am wanting to place an order but would like to use the savings. Thank You!

Missing referral reward
I enjoy buying from Inbox fitness, however about 2 or so months ago I referred a friend who purchased from your site. However I did not receive my referral credit. I also followed up with an email and I did not receive any response. I am very disappointed with Inbox Fitness about this and that is why the 3 stars.

The first email address we have is the one you used to create your InboxFitness account, and the second is associated with the PayPal account you used to place your order. Great customer service!
I had no issues with placing or receiving my order, but the quest bars I received were firmer than normal. I contacted customer service who promptly and professionally responded with an effort to make it right. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and replace the quest bars with a much fresher box. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time! I would recommend InboxFitness to any and everyone!

We always aim to be super fast, but since your order came in after 6pm on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend, we actually were a step behind our usual pace. Since the equipment you purchased was fairly heavy, the estimated shipping time listed for those items is 7-12 days. According to UPS, your equipment was delivered at 1pm on the 10th day. We usually are faster, but 3-day weekends and holidays can sometimes set us back a bit. But thanks for helping us stay sharp — we're always trying to improve. We hope you enjoy the equipment, and we wish you the best of health and strength!
