Horrible service. Robbed us for 6 months i didnt know they were still charging us after we went 3 weeks no internet calling many times couldn't get anyone. Ended up having to get spectrum internet just to have a phone that works now I find out they never canceled and arent going to give us our money back.
My experience with this internet service has been poor. Every week my internet service is out. I disconnect an then reconnect an still the internet doesn’t come back on . I would not use this server if you’re looking for internet service. It’s very frustrating and unreliable service. So currently looking for another provider that’s going to provide great service.
The worest internet servIce ever. I am paying more than $100 a month and I can't even watch Youtube from my TV. They promise they will deliver and once a contract is signed they do not keep their words or what is written on the deal. I AM SO PISSED OFF!!

Great internet services provider. I called to get my internet connected, within an 30mins I was connected. The tech support was excellent, they assisted me over the phone on how to set up my BYO modem. I would recommend Infinet broadband to everyone that I speak to, highly recommend them!
Consistently spotty connection, frequently only getting 4-5Mb down and 20-21Mb up. Pretty far from the advertised 40-50Mb down we’re paying to receive.
Do not go even remotely close to these guys. The internet purchased through them would cut out every 5 minutes, had high latency and basically was unusable. After 4 days of trying to solve the issue I cancelled and moved to another provider and the internet was working perfectly within hours.
The worst part is they absolutely refuse to refund my money and even locked me out of my account for asking where the refund was. Terrible people with no respect. Complaints have been made to the ombudsman and ACCC.
Dont touch them! Service is slow, we have had nothing but problems since using them. Notified them we wanted to cancel the service via email but they continue to take the monthly payment via direct debit. We followed up with another email to say we cancelled the service and refund the payment but 3 days later no reply or refund
