Koganinternet Avis 

Tried to set up the internet over 1.5 months ago and never bothered to get back to me or emailed in regard to my internet, ended up signing up with Exetel and they connected the same day. Just received an email today from Kogan saying my service is up and running… Couldn’t understand the man on the phone who was obviously in a call centre in India.

The worst Internet provider! We subscribed to Kogan in September, they made us wait 3 weeks, we called every night and they promised us an activation 24 hours later. We never had an activation so we asked to cancel the subscription and went to Dodo (I recommend!). Today, despite our cancellation request, Kogan activated the line, which caused our dodo line to be cut off. This company is totally incompetent. Run away!

Been with them for a year and only stay cos they are the cheapest on the market! Today I rang up to change address and they said they couldn’t connect for few days which isn’t good enough so I said well Telstra can connect straight away and cheaper! I told them to cancel my internet on the 20th October I’m in an important online meeting and internet disconnected! Rang them says oh we can get it back up in 24hours which is when it’s supposed to be disconnected! I inform them once again I have a medical device connected that is now not working and u expect me to go without for 24hours? He didn’t care said someone will call me back in an hour when requested to speak to manager! They thought they were funny disconnecting a day earlier but they knew damn well I have a medical device connected so if anything happens to me u will be sued! Disgraceful behavior from people who don’t care if u stay or go! I know I would never want any employee telling my customers to go elsewhere I would do everything possible to make them stay! But I guess Kogan don’t care if they lose people and put their lives at risk! Don’t go with them the internet is regularly crap and cuts out a lot

I applied for Kogan Internet on 20 August. I may have missed a call on the day I applied, but I received no SMS, email, or any other notification telling me that my order had been cancelled. I was left waiting, assuming that my application was still being processed, and only found out it had been cancelled after contacting Kogan myself.

I then had to go through the application process again. I was told that someone would call me back with an update, but I never received the promised call and once again had to contact them myself to find out what was happening.

Unfortunately, there has still been no progress, and I have now been told that I need to go through the process yet again.

My previous internet service has already been cancelled, so I am currently without internet. Even if the missed call on 20 August was from Kogan, cancelling an order without any clear notification or follow-up is extremely disappointing. Having to repeatedly chase them for updates has made the whole experience very frustrating.

Ive never had such horrendous customer service in my life, rude dismissive service agents who will out right talk over you fell you to stop talking, talk down to you and be completely dismissive.
Only had my service 1 month and ive switched providers already. Do not recommend them.

Intermittent nbn connection dropping in and out on a weekly basis. Technical support sounds like a Mumbai call centre and their English is difficult to understand while being arrogant and combative. Sounds like they deal with lots of irate customers because they even have scripts ready when you start pushing back. Cancelation process is harder than pulley teeth. Shocking service and mediocre product.

Kogan are a scam site. Their internet is an extension of that. They do not keep their promises or honor their grantees. This is a buyer beware site

This is the kind of store with greed and corruption like only seen in the USA

biggest tech mistake I've made.
If your modem or service is faulty, they will not refund or replace the modem. Apparently this is in their sales conditions. The service fails constantly and has to sometimes be reset 3 times before you get internet again. It doesn't help that their help line is in india and they have no ability to help anyway.
DO NOT GET KOGAN INTERNET!!!!!!
