This company is a scam, completely cowboys. As mentioned by other reviews, their 10 year guarantee is only with the branch and not the head office or parent company. What a joke, as the local branch has closed so that means the warranty does not apply. This review is a warning. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Update.... Dodgy company. Avoid them at all costs. On their 10 year guarantee of mechanical parts inc. locks, hinges and handles not worth the paper it's written on.

I recently had a canvasing call from Infinity home improvements the company which has their offices on 40 City road, London. He said his name was "John" and would I like any more work done... when I explained that I've had previous problems with several faulty window handles since installation ie unable to open the windows, he became dismissive and said it was not them, nor their responsibility... after challenging him on the Home Pro10 year warranty of mechanical parts he stated it was not them and abruptly put the phone down...
So much for customer service...
The handles use plastic clips inside them which are bound to fail over time, then to ask customers for a £150 call out charge plus parts and labor is absolutely scandalous and ridiculous....

Query.
They seem to have previous customers phone numbers on their canvasing lists, so why deny it's their company or ownership of responsibility.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bad workmanship caused leaks, they blamed the engineer and said he would need to sort it but no one came, subsequent attempts to contact were ignored including by the managing director. The HomePro10 year warranty on the paperwork means nothing, as the job was not registered with them and they advised that Infinity Home Improvements had gone into liquidation and that they no longer had anything to do with them.
Today we get a sales call asking we would like any more work done!

We have just had French Doors and toilet window fitted, although the wait was longer than we expected, once we were advised regarding fitting they were here in 2 days. The guys who fitted them worked quickly, the area was cleared well. We now have had Infinity windows on the whole house, the bulk being done in 2018. We have had no problems with any of them. Staff have always been friendly and helpful

Ridiculous service, Agreed for refund within 21 days after Trading Standard involvement. it has been more then month & still waiting for refund. they makeup stories when you call them. When you ask them to write in e-mail, they don't do it. Dodgy company in my opinion

Double glaze windows replaced on my neighbours windows below.
Company failed to support correctly with Acro-bars during installation and failed to adequately install Bay-pole supports into Bay windows.
Result: Through negligence Walls front and rear of my property broke loose from the property.
Infinity Home Improvements denied responsibility until blamed by Structural Engineer.
A year later they have structurally reinforced the wall and filled large gaps.
Have not finished putting the property back to the state it was prior to the incident.
Will start legal proceedings to claim painting/decorating costs and Engineers Report.

I got my back door replaced through infinity home improvements, the guys who came to do the job fitted the door well and cleaned up after themselves. However lost a hinge cover - called numerous times to get a replacement which was never received. Only other issue was that they unplugged our freezer to do the works which led to food going off - after chasing/complaining got £50 to cover this - Anglian thankfully gave us a hinge cover for free - as infinity didn’t bother and I got bored of chasing it’s a shame as sales guy Mr Rooney was lovely and we had planned to get all of our works done through this company based on him - now going through Anglian instead
