I called these guys up as a holiday I had been looking at disappeared from the search results and I needed to check if it was available. Annie answered the phone, a very polite young lady who confirmed it was available and we had it all booked within 10 minutes. Excellent to deal with, confirmation emails arrived as stated and their own ‘manage booking’ log in is really easy to use.

Although the holiday was £100 more than expected, we were offered the gold service for a further £12.50 to enable all documents and boarding passes to be sent to my home address.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Tierney is an absolute credit to the company. After going for the same resort for the last number of years. I wanted to venture out of our comfort zone. Tierney has been so patient we’ve looked at Thailand, the Caribbean, Switzerland, north Italy and we finally settled on the south of Italy. She worked so hard to make sure our holiday was going to be perfect. We are really looking forward to our holiday and it’s all down the Tierney. Thank you so much for all your help, patience and support. The customer service we have received has been out of this world!!

Excellent experience booking with Tierney, she really listened to what we wanted and was happy to keep looking until we found exactly what we wanted.
Tierney was so helpful and even stayed later on a Sunday to sort our booking, so we really appreciated the extra effort.
