Crete ultra all inclusive
Saw a holiday on Facebook and made an enquiry about availability. Quick response via messenger from Kayleigh giving a price for my holiday. Called Kayleigh two days later and after a lengthy discussion ended up booking different dates for the same hotel. She was very patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate booking with her again. Price was also extremely competitive

The customer service was lovely.
Made an inquiry and within 10 min the whole thing was booked and paid for. Tina was very nice to speak with and was very informative.
I have used the company a few times and have always been happy with the service.

Great communication!
From the moment I made my enquiry for my chosen holiday, the team promptly put together a perfect package for me. Their communication was always clear, thorough and friendly! Tierney mostly dealt with my queries and she was amazing! We haven't been on our holiday yet so can't comment on that, but I'm certain we'll be amazed by their organisation due to the efforts Tierney went to ensuring we had a smooth and perfect booking!

Kayleigh was exceptional! Literally the best travel agent I have ever used. Explored lots of different options but at the heart of it knew what I was looking for and what my tastes were based on only a few snippets of information. Delighted with the entire service end to end!

Their advert said daily mini bar refilled only filled every second day . Premier drinks only local served .

Hi Paul. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns regarding your recent holiday. We can confirm that we have responded to every email received from the lead passenger and addressed all points raised. We would also like to confirm that the hotel have provided evidence that the mini bar was filled every day, and received no complaint from you to advise that your room had been missed. We also are unable to locate any contact from resort to alert us to your unhappiness. Had we known, we absolutely would have stepped in and ensured that it was refilled every day. However, as we were only made aware after you returned home, we literally are unable to rectify the situation. We have also confirmed the difference between Premium and Branded drinks, in line with the hotel's All Inclusive policy. We must confirm that no conversation was had either on chat or by telephone with our agent to clarify what drinks were included. We regret that aspects of the hotel fell below your expectations, however as our complaints process was not followed and we were totally unaware of any issues until you returned home, our ability to assist has been severely hindered. We trust the above and our email help clarify our position.
Very helpful & friendly
Brooke was very helpful and made the booking process really easy. She understood my requests and found a holiday that was perfectly matched. The only reason I’ve not marked a 5 Star is because there was no saving compared to booking online.

Laura is amazing, I literally question everything, want prices on numerous hotels I’ve seen on instagram and she will provide, I won’t book anywhere else now! Literally get all the options I need and good advice on hotels too! They know what they’re booking!
