I would not recommend any dealings with this company, they take your money and the don't respond to emails, or using the contact for when asking where an order is.
Escalate to paypal and they are still not cancelling or refunding, it has now been raised to a claim via paypal to get my money back

Scam website. I placed and order 3 weeks ago and they won't answer my very polite emails or phone messages (they don't answer the phone).

They answered the very first email and 'Zoe' told me should look into it, and since then nothing, just ignoring me.

I am going to get it refunded by the credit card company now.

Ordered 3 parts for a SMEG fridge.
One didn’t fit & bulb didn’t work. No return info in package. Asked several times, kept checking saying ‘it should fit though’
Wouldn’t tell me how or where to return, still waiting. Also very expensive too.

No delivery of goods / no reply to emails / no return calls / no calls answered

I ordered 2 replacement inner glass for our oven doors (both shattered at the same time) I received a tracking number for delivery only a couple of days after but since then the tracking stated that the parcel delayed due to damage. I immediately contacted interspares and they said they’d look into it with DHL but I’ve heard nothing back since, no update!. Very poor customer service

Shocking service, they sent incorrect parts. I sent item back via returns procedure. No refund and total radio silence from them regarding any communication despite 5 emails from me requesting updates !!

Excellent service, accurate parts and good quality.

Initially order was lost, no confirmation. Managed to contact customer services and eventually an item was sent out, but it was the wrong item and they are completely unresponsive to email.

Still waiting for my order that I placed last month, every time I chase it up, I get an email back from Zoe, saying "it has just come back in to stock and will be dispatched today" never does. I also asked for tracking but was sent a link that doesn't work. I've asked for a manager to contact me twice, I've been ignored twice. Awful customer service. I still havn't got my order.

I ordered a bottle shelf for the door of the fridge and a drawer for the freezer. They arrived promptly and were very well packaged to avoid damage. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend Inter Spares to others.

The right goods arrived in time

Very efficient service. Motor part clearly described on site so that I knew it would fit my now defunct one. Installed yesterday and back to fully functional again.

My order has been ‘ready to ship’ since May 23, and still nothing. I have received no updates, and no response to my request for an update. To call them, I’d need to pay a hefty cost, so I’m stuck using their messaging system, which they have yet to respond to.

It’s unclear how to return an unsuitable item, and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone.

I have placed my order on the 27th of Feb. and received it on the 17th of May due to the war in the Gulf region.

when I received it the light bulb was smashed and the packaging was not made in a way to prevent the light bulb from being smashed.
