The WORST company ever. Please dont use them. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & NEVER REFUND IT BACK TO YOU. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mother ($250) for Mothers Day. They took my money & the next day they cancelled the delivery because they couldn't locate the address. Immediately they put the money into their 'Interflora wallet' & tells me there is nothing they can do as the money is in the Interflora wallet. This wallet also has an expiry date in November 2026. These people are a bunch of THIEFS. Ive messaged them again today 29/5/26. They still keep giving me excuses but NOT REFUNDING ME MY MONEY.
NEVER USING THIS DISHONEST COMPANY AGAIN.
INTERFLORA INDIA ARE THIEVES.

I have used other platforms in India to have bouquets and arrangements delivered in the past and was highly disappointed with the product delivered as it was way off tangent from what was ordered.
am extremly pleased with Interflora and the product quality and service delivery. 10 on 10. Thank you. It made my father's day and mine!

On time delivery and as flowers as per shown in the photo.

Although a heavy price was paid for the flower arrangement which had to be delivered in Mumbai, the order was not delivered. The status however showed delivered. Despite several emails, messages on whatsapp and calls and promises made by the personel at Interflora to deliver the flowers they were not delivered. All should avoid ordering on Interflora

Very disappointed with the service. My son sent flowers which were booked by himm from Australia for mothers day. The flowers did not come on the same day and were delivered the next day . The quality of the flowers was very bad . They were all wilted and dried. The picture shown of the flower bucket was completely different what was received. The bouquet was just dumped in the bucket. The delivery person was rude when asked about the quality and delay

Mother Days gift from my daughter at Australia was delivered in Damaged condition in the Night at 2140hrs instead of ordered slot after lot of calls, chats and e mails to its Indian CEO & Group CEO in France. We celebrated Mothers Day in late Night thanks to Interflora. In return it offered a Sorry plus 20 % coupon in wallet that too to be used with a deadline of 90 days.
No action being taken to replace the damaged items or a full refund . Had this incident happened in Europe/UK, the customer would have received full refund with apologies alongwith replacement of the damaged goods. It is a shame Indian customers are not treated at par with its counterparts in Europe/ UK.
Customer support is poor, unresponsive , phones go on ringing or get disconnected after a fixed time. Had we saw the reviews earlier , we could have desisted on ordering from Interflora. When it will understand the importance of a satisfied customer. Will never advise family & friends to trust Interflora.

Awful company and service. No flowers were delivered to my mother on Mother’s Day and I still have no explanation, response or refund from Interflora one day later. Please save yourself the aggravation and don’t use this shocking service!
Update: After numerous emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages, I’ve had a refund for the flowers.

To start with what is the point pf ordering flowers and booking a particular day and time, if you do not deliver at the same time. i ordered for mothers day and infact there were 4 orders from my house by different people, all of them for 6am -2pm time slot( as given by them to choose) all of the same were received around 10pm at night after constantly arguing, fighting and asking for refunds.
why are they taking orders if they cant meet the ends, one of us was told that the flowers are finished and we can only deliver tomorrow?? why are you running a place which requires services and ruin special moments for people who sadly planned yo celebrate alongside you .

Bad bad choice specially on special days .

If I could give less than 1 star or negative, I would do that. Ordered flowers from them for mother's day. Their "driver" sends a picture of the flowers and cake on a scooter and insists he delivered. NO DELIVERY WAS EVER MADE! The time stamp looks super shady as well. Wrote to interflora, who btw claim to be available 24/7 and they ghosted me. This is a scam website- please do not order from here.

Interflora is the worst floral business in the market! STAY AWAY!!!
Placed an order for Mother’s Day today, in advance of 3 days so they can deliver on time. They never delivered the flowers or the cake. Only the printed note and a photo frame. I have chased the support multiple times. No resolution or refund. It’s a form of harassment.

There is no negative star that’s why o am giving 1*, the most bogus people that I have come across , they do not care for any emotions of the people ordering . If you want order something for next year birthday then you should have ordered two year back that’s the policy they follow. No ethics and they have outsourced business to most untrusted parters . The call centre to which you call have no answer but for sorry . Pathetic, disgusting , shameless company. Hope the management of the company read this review and if possible improve or close the company .

Had a great experience ordering from Interflora India. The website was easy to use, the service was excellent, and the delivery was smooth and on time. The flowers were beautifully arranged and exactly as expected. Thank you for making the experience so wonderful!

Interflora has always been a wonderful gifting partner. The flower arrangements are consistently beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully curated, making every occasion feel special.

They were supposed to deliver between 9am and 1pm. Delivered at 8pm, defeating the purpose for which the bouquet was meant. If they are honest, they should refund.
They are now giving me the runaround. Even after giving them the order number, they want an email from the person who ordered, even though it is all within the family.

The delivery was on time. Thank you interflora for making my day

Its very disappointing to write that a order no 18061881 ordered by mr Jayant thatte ,, did not reach the recipient on the said date April 15th ... !!!
What type of service is this... even after complaining there was no response, information given or refund initiated...!!
We are regretting ordering from your website/ services .
