I had a very bad experience with Interflora. They are an extremely inefficient and unreliable company. I had a ‘confirmed’ delivery date for birthday flowers on August 30, 2025. After, repeated calls to an unhelpful customer care, they were finally delivered yesterday on September 4, 2025. The birthday was on August 30. Obviously, Interflora does not understand the meaning of the word ‘confirmed’. I wonder if it is possible to take action against such inefficient service?

Absolutely ridiculous customer care service!!!
I ordered three bouquets of flowers to be delivered on the day of Raksha Bhandan, where one of the order was delayed by next day, and the other order (Order ID 15614857) was never delivered, till this day.
What's more disappointing is the lack of communication from the company, and lack of accountability. Every time i called or tried to contact the customer care, they either straight out refused to acknowledge the delay in the order, refused to rectify the delivery and even cancel the order and process a refund.
I have been a customer through them for a while but after this incident, and the poor quality of the customer care, i am not going to go to Interflora.in

The flowers arrived dry around the edges of the petals and looking definitely not fresh. Moreover I had ordered an item which was supposed to have a laser cut birthday placard. It cost more than just the bouquet alone on their website. But the advertised card was missing and a generic cheap looking card was sent.
I was so disappointed and embarrassed that the recipient received this sad looking flower arrangement. But these things happen and I wanted to give the company a chance to rectify it. So I sent customer care photos in which the poor quality and dry flowers can be clearly seen. In reply all I got was a response saying that they checked with their quality team and it was all fine. It did not address the missing card I complained about nor the images I attached which would show the poor quality. Complete lack of accountability.
Poor quality and really bad customer service.
In an update they offered 20% store credit and refused to send the amount as a refund. I am declining the store credit as I have no intention of ordering again.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with Interflora’s service in Hyderabad- not once, but twice within the span of just a few days.
Order 1 – June 19, 2025.
I placed a flower order and paid an additional ₹199 for a specific delivery window (12 PM – 2 PM). Not only was the order not delivered on time, but I received a call at 2 PM saying the selected flowers weren’t available, and that they’d use substitutes while “maintaining quality and aesthetic.”
Without even asking me, the delivery slot was shifted to a later time in the evening. I had to call and argue to get it delivered before 5 PM because the recipient wouldn’t be available afterward.
When I asked for a refund for the time slot failure, I was told it would be added to an Interflora wallet instead of being refunded directly. That wallet comes with expiry conditions and can’t be used freely — I’d have to call again and repeat the entire incident to use it. Why should I go through that frustrating process every time?
Eventually, the flowers arrived and were droopy, lifeless, and completely lacking in quality — a complete mismatch for what I paid for. I called again (fourth time), sent pictures as requested, and the customer service rep disappeared. After chasing again, someone finally picked up, he was rude and borderline yelling, said a refund would be initiated, but it never came. The emails just say it’s “under review,” and nothing has moved for four days.
Order 2 – June 23
Despite the terrible first experience, I still gave Interflora another chance, only because I’ve had good service in the past. Today, I placed another flower order, again paid extra for a guaranteed 8–10 PM slot, and now it’s past 10 PM — no tracking movement, no updates, and no way to contact anyone. Every number is switched off or unresponsive.
At 10:38 PM, someone finally calls me saying a balloon from the order is unavailable, and asks if they can send the gift without it. I was shocked — are you seriously still collecting the items well after the delivery window has ended?
I asked for a manager to call me urgently, and as expected — no response.
At this point, I’m certain that even if the flowers do arrive, they’ll be in shitty, droopy condition again — and I’ll have to go through the same exhausting fight just to be heard. I’ve already spent nearly ₹6,000 across both orders, and instead of a joyful gifting experience, I’ve been left with stress, anger, and disappointment.

Its been a very unfortunate and disappointing experience with u. You are one of the most celebrated floral company in India but the service and promises are not kept. Last year Mr Jeet from your company collaborated with us and promised a couple of things. We have been following up continuously for that with no response. Then we come to know he has left the company and doesn't have anyone whom we can connect with. We reached out to thr team on insta also and the lady there promised us of a response but again a disappointment.

We would not like to take this up more on other mediums of social media and wud like to resolve this asap.

I tried placing an order for my mother in law to be on their site and there was an issue with the payment not going through . I thought I’ll call up and give it another shot. That’s how I connected with Shazaan who was such a blessing; helped me place that order with the note i wanted and sorted out the issue for me. The payment went through and even got a little discount. Worked out perfectly and she loved it. Interflora is always my go to for flowers in india 🤌🏼

The delivery was super late, This is the second time I am ordering and both the times the order was super late. The order window was 1-5pm but they delivery person showed up at 11pm. You cannot count on them to make any occasion special.

Such a disappointing experience from interflora... Ordered flowers and cake for mothers day to be delivered before 12pm and lo behold they did not even deliver by end of the day.
Interflora promises to deliver next day (seems interflora doesnt understand that the gift meant to be given in the particular occasion means to be delivered on that day instead of delivering as per their convenience).
Moving out from Interflora for sure and recommend others also not to purchase from here...

I have used their services quite a few times and have had issues half of the times. This time I purchased a bouquet of dried flower with a tiramisu cake and candy canes for my girlfriend.
What went wrong:
- Candy canes were plastic though they're described as "perishable" in the product description. By this logic every single product they have should have that description. Also did not get a refund for thisfalse advertised product.
- Wrong cake was delivered and I had to write them several times with photos attached of the wrong product before they were willing to pay me back (obviously with the credits for their website because why tf not) for their screw up, and of course, without admitting to them being at fault.
- Additional written note by another customer was received, which means that whoever wrote the note for her husband simply didn't get it delivered as it was wrongly placed inside my delivery.
Most of the replies I received were auto-generated general replies meant for most scenarios. Just do your job properly and read what your customers say. It's really not a difficult job.
I'd suggest others to find other local flower vendors who also can bring gifts for your loved ones instead of this unprofessional mess of an organisation.
