Late Delivery

Flowers were ordered for express delivery and paid 4 times the normal delivery charge. Called the customer service twice and WA did not repsond at all. Missed the occasion they were for.

Horrible experience. FnP does much better. May not be fancy but they are dependable for sure.

Not to be trusted

Not to be trusted - this is a scam. I ordered flowers for next day delivery, they took my money and flowers never arrived - they were for a bereavement, they also stopped replying on WhatsApp and refused to issue a refund - absolute disgrace, avoid at all costs!!

Bad product and service

I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with my recent experience with Interflora. I had ordered flowers and received a bunch that was completely unacceptable. The flowers were not fresh—they were flattened, discolored, and far below the quality, quantity, and appearance shown on your website. To make matters worse, the paint on the flowers was fresh, causing stains on our hands and clothes.

Your so-called “customer care” should be rebranded as “customer annoyance.” Initially, they refused to acknowledge the mistake and even shared a random photo claiming the product was delivered correctly. Since the delivery on 10th December, no one has bothered to follow up despite my repeated messages, leaving me to deal with automated texts and unhelpful replies.

This poor service ruined our anniversary celebrations and has been both shocking and extremely disappointing. I strongly advise everyone to save their money, time, and peace of mind—and never order from Interflora.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. NO TIMELY DELIVERIES ALWAYS LATE AND IN THE END WHEN YOU CALL THEM TWICE OR THRICE THEY WILL SAY WE CANT DELIVER BECAUSE THE LOCATION IS NOT APPROACHABLE. THEN WHY YOU ARE ASKING FOR A PINCODE AND WHY YOUR WEBSITE IS SHOWING THAT IT CAN DELIVER TO THAT AREA??? POOR APP WILL NOT RECOMMEND WASTING MONEY

Worst possible.

Worst possible.
First the order is taken but never delivered.second they don't care to communicate.third they don't want to refund your money despite you following up.please don't ruin your special moments ordering from interflora.

My order for a costly funeral flower never reached but was marked delivered…

My order for a costly funeral flower bouquet was never delivered. Twice this was supposed to go for a grieving family for a funeral and twice the delivery messed up. I ordered from overseas and the recepient was there in the funeral home and I had tracked the delivery but they said they couldn’t reach the person which was a lie. On the app it said it was cancelled. I have screenshot of all proof.
The agent I was assigned was so inconsiderate the first time and only tried to make me reorder with a voucher despite me requesting repeatedly to just send it before the funeral was over. Eventually as another agent was dealing with the recepient, they managed to say it would be sent today before 3pm. They said they had marked it urgent. At 7pm the notification said it had been delivered. Until now and even from the recepient, they had never called nor was anything delivered. The order was NEVER DELIVERED. The only thing the customer service is good for is ending chats when they cannot assist in resolving a customers issue with their template responses. I have requested a refund.

Diwali hamper (most expensive one) ordered on Thursday 16/10/25, confirmed and due for delivery to Recipient by 1300 on 19/10/25.

Phone calls and WRITTEN CONFIRMATION from Interflora India that product would ultimately be delivered by 2100 hrs on 19/10/25.

PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED

Interflora India are LIARS, have LIED on numerous occasions and in writing to their Customer.

Now, of course, Diwali is upon us and my family have NOT received their gifts.

SHAME ON YOU INTERFLORA INDIA—— LIARS AND FRAUDULENTLY TAKING MONEY

Worst experience ever

We ordered flowers to be delivered for an international shipment through interflora, to be delivered on a specific date. The flowers were not only not delivered, but we tried contacting customer care and no one responded. I was put on hold for hours and hours with absolutely no response. We have no recourse and it’s such a loss of money and to date we don’t have any way to having the package delivered.

A most disappointing experience!
Yesterday, I had ordered a bouquet of roses and a cake from their website.

The roses were wilting when they were delivered to me and the cake tasted like a dry cardboard laden with synthetic flavors.

The most disappointing part of whole experience was that even when I shared pictures of the wilting flowers and requested them to replace the decaying flowers with a fresh bouquet, they refused to take any responsibility for the quality of their product and kept evading me.
They kept making excuses and kept sending me meaningless assurances till 3AM in the morning.
An entire day has passed and they’ve conveniently ignored my request for delivering the product I had paid for.

Shame on this fraud company!
Never buying anything from them again.

“A Masterclass in How Not to Deliver Flowers”

You know when you order flowers in advance for your mate’s birthday because you’re organised, thoughtful, and a little bit smug about it, and then they never actually turn up?

Yeah. That.

I told them, “Leave it with reception.” Simple, right? Like one step above “put the thing on the table.” But somehow, they managed to turn that into a three-round relay of failure. Back and forth, back and forth, like a confused pigeon with a map, and after three attempts, no flowers. Birthday? Missed. Mate? Disappointed. Me? Fuming.

Now, their support system. Oh, it’s brilliant, if you love being ignored. You open a ticket, blink, and it’s closed. I swear the only thing their team is fast at is avoiding responsibility.

Asked for a refund, you know, a normal thing when you don’t actually get what you paid for, and they palmed me off with “free delivery next time.” Next time? Mate, I wouldn’t let you deliver oxygen to a drowning man.

And the so-called “free” offer? Didn’t even cover the last order. It’s like being mugged and then handed a voucher for 10% off your next robbery.

Honestly, it’s the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Complete shambles. Scam vibes all over. If you value your sanity, your wallet, or your friendships, avoid this lot like the plague.

NEVER again will I use Interflora for flower delivery.

After several complaints to Interflora I have been fobbed off. I arranged a bouquet of seasonal flowers to be delivered to a friend, they were not sent on the date I requested nor were they a bouquet. An orchid plant with a couple of other flowers were delivered and to top it all part of the message I wrote for the card was missing. I will NEVER use Interflora again to order flowers or recommend them😡Their customer service is absolutely appalling.

Extremely bad experience!!!!!

I have been using Interflora since couple of years now and have been extremely happy with their quality and presentation, however since this year I have noticed drastic downfall in the quality of their flowers and presentation.
I have been still trying after convincing myself that this could be one time bad experience but I can say with confidence that they are delivering bad quality flower arrangements over and over again and their service has gone down.

Not ordering from them ever again, it’s best to buy from street vendor than them !

Very Bad Experience with their Mumbai location

From USA, I placed an order (even though they were more expensive) for my mother's 97th birthday in Mumbai. What they delivered was not even close to what was shown on their website ...... droopy leftover/stale flowers, even the hanging letters that were supposed to read "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" were jumbled up!!

They apologized profusely via multiple emails but then refused fair compensation for their mistakes.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
