Flowers not fresh
Flowers not fresh, size too small and number of flowers too little for the amount of money charged. Ultimately, I felt that Interflora had dropped their quality and service and were fooling me royally. Resting on past laurels cannot take you far!

There were some to and fro s with customer service to get the right answer on who had received the flowers. I couldn’t ask the recipient owing to formal relation. Although I’m glad Interflora shared the pic of flowers delivered when asked to so I got an idea of the look. Pretty flowers !!

My Favourite Site to send flowers from overseas
I have used different sites to send flowers in India from UK but this has been my favourite . I can always trust this site with quality flowers for every occasion .
They can be more on the expensive side but looks exactly like the pictures which makes them worth it

Horrible service: unreliable, unprofessional, and go on inventing excuses for not having delivered in the designated AND paid time slot! Avoid using.
It’s 24 hours now since I placed my order and it is yet to be delivered when I paid for same day AND designated time slot!
