Fairly reliable service. Good quality flowers and timely delivery. No one is perfect ofcourse but they are the best when it comes to flower delivery. Their quality is premium and flowers look like the photos. Flowers vary with season ofcourse but i would still say they are the best option for flower delivery. I am a loyal customer

I have just placed an order with 'Interflora India', in Bombay. I was very impressed by the service, especially that of the customer care team. One person in the team made my day with what was for me a very special order - Mizba. It being a very special order for me, she allowed me to customise the order, something they do not normally do. She gave me all the time I needed, saw to every detail, checked with the florist or her team when uncertain. She was thoroughly professional, thorough, polite, patient, and above all, caring. A true 'customer care' person. I was phoning from abroad, and rather than keep me waiting on the line, she would phone back at a fixed time. She did this at least 4 times, and always on the button. I was truly impressed by her; and if the other members of the customer care team are like Mizba, they make a fantastic team. I have rarely experienced this level of customer care. I wish them all the best. 'Interflora India' should be proud to have them, and should not let them go!!

The products (flowers and hamper) were exactly like the pictures online. The app was very helpful as well as it was my first time using the company. I had made a typo error and emailed the company and they immediately corrected it on the card and confirmed via email and added an alternate number too as per my request. The delivery at midnight was also very timely and I was sent an email as soon as it was delivered.
The service is fabulous and products amazing. Having friends in many places, I will definitely be using this site again. Thank you.

Terrible experience. I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday in Delhi. Paid Rs 200 extra (over the ~ 3500 for the flowers) for a specified time for delivery (8 am to 10 am). received a call at 9.26 to say that the flowers are not in good condition and therefore the delivery will be delayed. I had to scurry around to find something at the last minute and couldn't meet my delivery timeline. Why could they not have come up with another option for the same cost instead? And now refund will take 3 -4 days! Pathetic. Very bad experience. WIll never use them again. Thankfully there are other options in the market.

I really appreciate the team for the service provided, it is helpful in sending greetings with flowers to loved one's.

The flowers were fresh and well packed, it was delivered in time without any default.

Ordered a beautiful hamper of about 4k for my dad's bday. It never reached till 9:45pm and eventually had to cancel the delivery since there was no clarity. Schedule delivery time was 5pm to 9pm. Various reasons were given for delay. I hope my refund is processed and no follow up will be needed there on.

Interflora: A Disappointing Floral Experience

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers from Interflora for my mother's birthday. I was hoping to send her something special to brighten her day, but unfortunately, my experience with Interflora was nothing short of disappointing.

Unfulfilled Expectations

The bouquet I received was far from the image I had seen on the Interflora website. The flowers were wilted and droopy, and the arrangement was sparse and uninspired. It looked like something I could have put together myself from the grocery store.

Poor Customer Service

To make matters worse, when I contacted Interflora to express my dissatisfaction, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They seemed more interested in defending their product than in resolving my issue.

Overall, I would strongly discourage anyone from using Interflora. There are many other flower companies out there that offer much better quality and customer service.

Here are some specific details about my experience:

The flowers: The flowers were not fresh and looked like they had been sitting in a warehouse for days.
The arrangement: The arrangement was haphazardly put together and looked like someone threw the flowers into a vase.
The packaging: The flowers were shipped in a flimsy box that was not properly sealed. As a result, some of the flowers were damaged.
The customer service: The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. They refused to give me a refund and offered no apologies for the poor quality of the flowers.
I am truly disappointed with my experience with Interflora. I hope that others will take my experience into consideration before ordering from this company.

I ordered a bouquet with 21 stems . One Rose comes on each of its stem . But carnitians come with atleast 2 to 3 on a stem . The bouquet I chose is called FLORAL FIONA for Rs 2445/- . The sample shown is a very full , beautifully bloomed carnitians with roses .

My gift had only 16 flowers in total . It looked much smaller than the sample shown .

I asked for a replacement to be sent and the original taken back on the same day , but I was flatly refused . Interflora was happy to give me a 20% discount for a future purchase but that doesn’t solve the problem of a smaller bouquet for the price I had paid .

Customer service refused to agree that closed buds give a different effect from bloomed , full looking flowers . Carnitians don’t always bloom once cut and put in a
Bouquet .

I didn’t take the discount for a future bouquet . I don’t need a discount . I need more flowers and I was promised them and I’ve paid for something I didn’t receive .
Left very disheartened and disappointed .

The arrangment looked slightly wilted by the time the couple received in the evening. Was looking forward to fresh looking flowers
