I found the Interhome website easy to use. It allowed you to apply filters to find suitable accommodation. Hopefully check in and stay will be just as good.

Straightforward booking process, helpful staff and good value.
The Interhome booking process was simple to navigate (we already knew which resort we wished to visit), communication was clear and they provided all the information I needed to complete our booking, in good time.
The local office at the resort (Villars) took note of a couple of technical issues in the apartment, they were very helpful, communicated well, and did all they could to ensure the accommodation met our expectations and that we enjoyed our stay.

Easy, slick and honest
Easy, simple locating of possible homes in Italy, where the price does not change on speaking to the renter - (as on other rental platforms) I hope the stay next year in reality is just as good as the booking experience.

I've been using Interhome since 1991…
I've been using Interhome since 1991 and generally find them reliable, with clear instructions and a straightforward booking process. They offer a good range of properties and helpful customer service, both online and in-person. However, it's worth noting that I did experience a minor issue with the payment processing, although it was resolved quickly. Overall, I wish they offered more options in places like Ireland where accommodation is limited.

The booking was straightforward - payment a pain
The booking was straightforward, but the payment element was a mess - I won't know until I check my credit card account whether I've paid the deposit or not despite getting a mobile banking app notification/approval.

All good and very straightforward. I liked the fact that all costs were clearly set out prior to the payment stage, unlike others that set out additional heating and power costs just as you were about to pay!!
Website was easy to navigate and property info was detailed enough to help you quickly decide if it was suitable.
Never heard of Interhome before and we've been booking cottage rentals for 40 years. But a friend was with me when I booked and he recalled the name from the 1980's when he and his brother were looking for accommodation in Switzerland back in the 1980's!!
