Excellent experience with IOSCM
My experience with IOSCM has been excellent. The tutors helped to make things clear for me so that I could perform better in my assignments. Their feedback was clear and made a huge difference to better my understanding of the assignments requirements. Without this I may not have faired as well alone. Tracey Young's guidance throughout my course really made it easy for me to make my choices and applications with ease. Pricewise I have no complaints considering the everything that was made available to me to aid in getting the desired results.

Onboarding with the IoSCM
The onboarding process for the IoSCM was so easy and friendly. The admin team were persistent with giving me nudges, but it never felt pressured. They answered all my questions, were super helpful, and always got back to me quickly. I felt that I would be in caring hands enrolling with the IoSCM and so far am really happy with the process and onboarding.

Discussion on writing assessment and key requirements
before meeting I sent email to discuss my essay with details and received reply within the day discussing where I was going right or wrong. During conversation it was discussed more and I am now on the right track to complete my assessment with the guidelines I have received.

When i initially contacted via the…
When i initially contacted via the website and spoke with your customer service team i thought it was really helpful and my email correspondence with Courtney in particular i found to be really helpful. It wasn't as good once it got to the enrollment part, i twice had to chase because i hadn't received an email, and i had checked all of my junk files so it hadn't arrived with me. so after the initial contact it felt quite slow, which is a little disappointing as it takes away a little of the excitement and motivation to get going.

We’re disappointed to hear that the enrolment stage didn’t feel as smooth. From our records, your course was purchased on the 10th, with your unit selection sent on the 11th and your welcome email issued on the 12th. When you let us know on the 13th that this hadn’t come through, the team resent it and adjusted your start date to Monday 16th, as we’re closed on weekends and wanted to ensure you had full support available to you when you started your course.
While we aim to complete enrolments within one working day, there are occasions where it can take up to two working days. As every new learner's journey is unique to them, we utilise a manual enrolment process, ensuring everything is set up correctly from the outset. That said, we do appreciate that this may have felt slower than expected in your case. If you ever need a quicker response in future, please feel free to give the team a call—we’re always happy to help.

Extended Diploma Level 7 in SCM
I followed the Extended diploma level 7 in Supply Chain Management with the Ioscm and it has been an interesting and good learning experience. The learning support team as well as the quick assistance provided by trainers made the program highly appreciated. I highly recommend interested students to enroll and complete this program.

I really enjoyed my studies with IOSCM
I really enjoyed my studies with IOSCM. Never easy to study but the team were great and very supportive. One person in particular was Tracy Young. Tracy was fantastic through out my studies supporting me when going through a rough period in my personal life. Offering support and compassion, Tracey made my studying much easier. I had the pleasure of attending an amazing awards event at the Crowne Plaza in Newcastle, and I have to say — it was impeccably organised from start to finish.

It was especially rewarding to meet some of my tutors, the IoSCM management team, and the dedicated support staff in person — all of whom have played such an important role in my journey so far.

We had a fabulous evening from start to finish! It was our first time visiting the Newcastle Crown Plaza, and we were thoroughly impressed — from the warm atmosphere to the excellent organisation throughout the night.
