My experience with Iplans has been very good, a very efficient design creation with the proposed design, we managed to come up with a design that fell within permitted so I did not need to submit a planning application which was a bit of a result as that is what I was expecting. The recommended builder PJ constructions offered a competitive price so I proceeded with them and and the extension is now almost completed and looks fab!

I am now just awaiting the building control sign off. I will recommend you, thank you team!!!

My house used the service of Iplans in structural design for my loft conversion. It was a large project involving quite advanced design and calculations. I am pleased that we used the right company specialising in structural planning.

Three years ago Iplans completed the structural design for my loft conversion project. But we had to defer the project to this year due to a series of covid lockdowns in the UK. My builder started to work on the project in June 2022 but unfortunately we had to update the structural design because of my builder’s problem. We had to go back to Iplans to materially redesign the original drawing/calculations. It was a stressful process as we could not allow the builder sitting there and doing nothing while there are a lot of uncertainties in the construction. It was a huge relief that Anthony Bray and his team assisted quickly and professionally. I could not remember how many times we bothered Anthony with various questions on the structural work. He is a professional and considerate person with strong expertise and authority in structural design. He was patient and responsive to our questions with valuable advice. We even offered to pay him extra for his time heavily involved in the redesign but he did not accept it and only charged us a fair amount for the survey and redesign of the loft project. My wife and I are entirely grateful for his great assistance in helping us solve the redesign problem.

Time is important – if we had used other structural engineers – I don’t think my builder could return to the project only after a week. Overall, I highly recommend Iplans to families seeking structural design for their building work. I am impressed with the professionalism, expertise, communication and fair pricing of Iplans. Please allow me to say MANY THANKS again to Anthony Bray and his team in helping us significantly for my loft project.

Lloyd has been very responsive, patient and informative during my enquiries. The price quoted for the works was reasonable, but due to business reasons we decided not to pursue the application.
I had a good experience with iPlans and I’ll come back to the company when I need to request planning permission for any future works. Highly recommended!

Anthony Brey is a great professional who takes care of his customers very well. There were few dips but Ant made sure my interests were taken care of. If I had to do it all over again I will still choose Iplan but just for Ant.

I was apprehensive at first with not using your traditional architect but this worked for us very well and the team have the relevant experience that we required. It was clearly explained on a stage by stage basis what happens and I am a total novice but I now think I know what the requirements are to get my extension. Now is the tough part....money is needed for builder.

All good. Online companies are the way forward and so much cheaper overall. Nice and easy to work with. Got my drawings and allocated me a builder in a reasonable time frame. Thanks alot

Prompt and efficient. I only needed drawings as I have everything else in place and able to manage my own permitted development application. Got it all done within two weeks and at a reasonable price.

If I could give zero stars for this company I would.
They are initially very quick to get in touch with you but you will soon be disappointed and the initial price they quote is too good to be true. They have pushy sales tactics and promise the earth but do not follow through.
They will take over £2500 off you and leave you with nothing. Their customer service is non existent. They don't respond to messages on their portal, return calls or respond to emails.
Unless you take out the full package with them which would cost you over £3000 they are not interested.
I have been waiting for plans since paying an invoice on the 19th April and still nothing and no response from the company.
Poor, shabby and feel completely let down that we have wasted so much money and time with nothing to show in return.

I would recommend this team of architectural designers. The project we had in mind we thought required a planning application but with the assistance of iPlans it fell under permitted development. Very happy to date and look forward to moving into the building stages. Thanks

Being a single parent I was apprehensive and unsure where to start with designing my new loft conversion but out of all the companies I spoke to iPlans put me the most at ease.
They were not annoyed at my endless questions and queries and were always on hand to help me right from the beginning stages through to completion.

Very informative information from Lloyd and Zahra and booked the survey then and there for only £299. Resi wanted £1500+ and other companies wanted over £1000+. Will the surveyor arrived on time and completed the survey in under 3 hours, it just cost me a couple of cups of tea and the first online design session has been arranged for Tuesday this week. Will keep you posted on how I get on with this online company

Great experience with the Zahra so far hoping the experience with the rest of the team is just as good.
