Hoping the product is good as yet to receive it. Had purchased this item online without any issues to then be emailed to say the item is out of stock til January. Usually sites show this prior to ordering an item….

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay on your recent order. I completely understand how frustrating it is to place an order and then find out the item is out of stock.
Because we work with multiple suppliers and carry over 30,000 product lines, we don’t display live stock levels on our website.
However, we do make sure to contact customers immediately if anything is on a longer lead time so there are no surprises, and you can decide how you’d like to proceed.

Great service
Great service, not all the items ordered were available, I had an email straight away giving details of expected arrival date and an offer of refund. I chose to wait. Handles are excellent quality, I chose antique brass and they exactly as I pictured.

Really good service from Alex. The part I ordered was out of stock and then further delayed. Alex was very proactive at keeping me informed and the immediately organised a refund when it wasn’t going to arrive in time.
