They had the products that a company of…
They had the products that a company of a similar name didn't. So they stock something a bit different. Website is easy enough, but l did order something wrong that was corrected quickly. Delivery also quick.

Outstanding customer service and good quality products. I made an error on my order and they fixed it quickly and without quibble. Good old-fashioned customer care of the type that is really rare with online suppliers. When the items arrived they were of high quality and exactly (if not better) than they appeared on the website. Highly recommend, this is my new "go to" choice for ironmongery.
