Great range of household ironmongery products. Good product information. Rapid delivery with good communication. I bought a set of brass door handles - and am very pleased with them - the quality is outstanding.

Superb customer service
What I loved about dealing with Ironmongery for you;
Great website, great selection of products, great prices.
Most of all though, when choosing my handles for my kitchen, I selected possibly 10 different handles, had them all delivered to try, then returned the 9 I didn't like, kept the one sample and ordered 25 of the same.
They even assisted when I messed up the handle dimensions and accidentally ordered 128mm rather than the correct 160mm screw distance dimensions.

Excellent customer service
Fast delivery, excellent customer service when it came to dealing with location of item left by courier (my own fault), Alex went above and beyond to deal with the misunderstanding. Great price, wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
