The customer service is really prompt. I had an issue with the start date of my insurance and they made sure to solve it as quickly as possible. I have to thank Kirtham for helping me out!

Poor service
Purchased this insurance for my son was told effective date was 10/02/2025.But to my surprise today 10/03/2025 a pharmacy is trying to enter his details so we can collect a prescription and i am being told the insurance ID does not exist they call Aetna POP,Aetna is also telling them they don’t have my son’s details in their system.I call ISO all they can tell me is pay your money and claim.Why should i go through that stress of filing claims,i bought insurance for convenience.AVOID THIS INSURANCE AT ALL COSTS

When you reached out, our team immediately expedited the process, and your son’s plan was fully updated the same day. We also followed up by email and phone to confirm everything was active. I wanted to change my policy and take extra policy and I was worried about the deadlines set by my University because i had seen it in last minute. I had a pleasure to get Sam as a customer service represantative who was very effective, quick, attentive and respectful and made the whole process very smooth and I referred one of my friend too.

Honestly I HATE it
Honestly , this is a bad insurance plan. They couldn't process my claim because I was sick before getting the coverage , which is WILD to me, so if I got sick and get an assurance , they will let me die!!!!!! because I got sick before getting the insurance . OH my God! and this claiming helping international student? in what sense ????
Finding a doctor under the plan is HARD, because maybe its not update or what , it was hard to find a doctor and now they won't cover you !
Will never ever recommend

Great customer service
Great customer service, efficient at making sure claims are met and understand student issues well enough to know what best suits them. So far i have had a pleasant experience with them and fingers crossed that continues.
I was assisted by John on their helpline number today and he was a great help, clear communicator, prompt and understanding of my concerns. Thank you! I would highly recommend ISO to other international student!
