Ordered tuna jacket, with beans.
Received jacket and beans .

Not the first time they've messed up an order here.

Wetherspoons, Commercial Inn, Sowerby Bridge. Party of 5 for breakfast on Sunday. Very busy but still got order placed quickly with very friendly staff. All meals served to us at table within 10 minutes. For £27 for 5 breakfasts including unlimited coffees , wasn't expecting 5 star food & service but was pleasantly surprised. Food was hot & as good as you would get at most high Street cafes charging twice the price.
The place was very clean, no sticky tables, toilets were spotless.
The staff were very polite & professional. I know Weatherspoons gets a lot of poor reviews but the management & staff at this location deserve a pat on the back & 5 stars.
Well done.

Cardiff is the worse for food always cold. 3 weeks in a row.

I had the misfortune to go into the branch in Rivergate in Irvine. Tables were dirty and many uncleared. After working out how to order, we sat and waited for 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive before finally going to ask a member of staff about how to get them. There was no indication anywhere, not even in the email confirmation, that we needed to make drinks ourself! She was most disinterested and couldn’t even raise a partial welcoming smile! Eventually she came back and said cups were “there”, pointing in the general direction of a hatch, but handed me two empty cups!

I went to the hatch she had indicated, which was absolutely filthy, with piles of cups, napkins etc strewn around. I made the tea myself, but by the time I got back, we had no notion to drink it so left it and exited the place.

Never have I ever seen a more disorganised shambles of a place! Will never set foot in there again.

Called in for breakfast with granddaughters and all of it was cold. Sent it back and within a few minutes they came back with more cold food. The pancakes were like rubber and the english breakfast was cold. Very disappointed. I dont think its fair having to pay for food before you have received it as I would have refused to pay.

It was 11.30am when we walked in to wether spoons in march Cambs ,on Thursday march 19th,I counted 11 tables piled high with used plates and cups , people were moving plates etc to another empty table with more plates etc on just to get an empty table ,only for someone else to come in and move the whole lot to yet another table ,nobody was clearing away and a clean wipe was non existent ,this is completely off putting and I don't think we will hurry back ,this is terrible ,did wether spoons learn nothing from COVID ,basic hygiene is a must where food is concerned ,yes I know at busy times is not always possible but it wasn't that busy at that time ,we did see one time only a member of staff clearing a table and was pushing waste food and drink from the table to the floor , filthy disgusting place , health inspectors should shut it down until it's properly managed,,,,I'm not happy

NoVisited the Thomas Lloyd in Warwick had an issue regarding our order and the food being cold the manageress rude and even took our food back to kitchen but never returned back with the food as refused to put the problem right wouldn't even give us a refund for the food we didn't even get as she took it back to the kitchen.
Customer service a waste of time even the CEO John Hutson never responded what a company no wonder why the cart get above 2 stars I'm surprised they got 2 stars if I could give minus stars I would.
I bet Sir Tim Martin Chairman doesn't even notice that his company is getting such bad reviews
I will get my money back one way or another
Wetherspoons have final refund me but there is a twist because I dare complain and complain to the CEO it seems that the management can do what they like and don't care what the customers complain about we been banned from the Thomas Lloyd pub in Warwick not that makes any difference to us as we have only visited it about 3 times since it opened but this shows that Wetherspoons don't care about customer service in there pubs.

ordered 2small breakfast bought 2small1large .we didn’t order large took back left 1.asked for refund it’s our fault couldn’t get one even though 2went uneaten manageress if we can’t eat them give us box to take home .its was dried up and cold complaining told by manageress you can complain if you want .berry rude and couldn’t care

Accrington Wetherspoons is faultless. We have been many times and it is consistently good. The staff are quick and polite and resolve any queries quickly. Service of food and drink is quick and often faster than the times advertised. The food is consistently hot and good selection of real ales. The staff are great and deserve some praise as they all work hard.

I visited the Ward Jackson in Hartlepool yesterday for St Patrick’s Day I was with a few friends and we were hoping for a great atmosphere and a good Irish atmosphere with decorations but their was nothing and staff were really disappointing no St Patrick’s Day banter nothing it was a disappointing experience so we left and went to other establishments

the toilets are disgusting. especially the men’s. you will get bacterias and get sick just being there. they smell so bad none cleans them. i imagine the kitchen is the same

I am in the imperial. Exeter. Wine glasses are absolutely filthy. I have changed two but the third is just as bad. I just want a glass of wine in a nice clean glass. It isn’t difficult.

I have spent many hours in the Hawick Wetherspoons. I get great expresso coffee in the morning from the Swiss coffee machine ; I get good service from Amy and the team; from time to time I get the high quality, affordable afternoon fish and chips (with sustainable North Sea sourced haddock); I often get something from the wonderful range of real ale that W. is famous for . Thanks Hawick and W. in general for a reliable, comfortable, widely available food, drink and hospitality service .

Stood at the bar for over 10 minutes and was completely ignored by 2 female members of staff who continued to serve people who were behind me in the queue , I felt embarrassed as people sitting at tables clearly noticed I was being ignored, will not be back

Went into Wetherspoon on Sunday 15/3/26 at the counting House Dundee for a meal ordered 2 meals at 12 people were coming in sitting down ordering then there meals were served 12.30 came still no meals went up my table no was not on the screen will not be back this pub should not operate as a Restaurant.

Went there yesterday for a coffee and some food, wouldn't normally go there, first time since covid after they layed off the staff and let them go skint rather than furlough them. A friend insisted. Had bangers and mash for almost £9.00, what came was pretty much a childs meal, absolutely embarrassing, won't set foot in there ever again. This was in Port Talbot.

Wetherspoons at Gainsborough are a whole disgusting joke and a waste of time. You have a catheter you have a issue n get done for it you fall asleep coz health issues you get done for it I got barred 6months just walked in to say it is a year Amanda and all the staff are filth and need to look at there own pathetic lives

Great value for money if you like a cold breakfast served after a 45 minute wait, then ask for it to be microwaved with a further 20 minute wait for it to be returned barely lukewarm. Additional toast was served a further 20 minutes later. At least the wait enabled me to relax and take in the grimey ambience. The place really needs a deep clean.
The sole staff member did his best to stay on top of things, but was fighting a losing battle.

Ordered 2 breakfasts, 2 hot drinks. 10 minutes gone by, breakfasts turned up. I asked for our Coffee Tea cups, I was asked did you pay for them.!!!!!! I noticed that my breakfast never had toast, when she came back I asked for my toast, she asked if I payed for toastas an extra, I through gritted Teath explained that my breakfast comes with toast. Absolutely disgusted with very poor service and attention to detail.

Four of us visited the Milecastle in Newcastle for an afternoon lunch and drink. The pub was fairly quiet so we had a drink then ordered four meals. They took quite a while to arrive and when they did they were barely warm. Three of us ate them anyway and one took his back and got a refund. We were in there about three hours and the adjacent tables were piled up with dirty dishes for much of that time. The prices were very reasonable but the food quality and general cleanliness was very poor.
