Katie and the team at Jetpets were great to work with - they transported my 2 cats from Sydney to London and ensured I was updated and reassured throughout the process. They delivered the transport crates months in advance so my cats could get used to them, then worked with me to collect my cats from their temporary fosterer in Sydney & deliver them to me in London. My cats arrived healthy and in good condition, and adjusted relatively quickly to their new home. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to transport their fur family overseas with them!

I would recommend Jetpets for any of your pet transport needs. The staff are all amazing from the first customer service quote to the personal service re planning and updates. Special mention to Gayelene, Amanda and Simon for the AU side and Levi NZ side. Cannot thank you enough for looking after my dog from start to finish.

We moved our 11yr old Cavoodle Levi from SYD to LHR & had a fantastic experience with JetPets. We started the process in February & Rachael supported us every step of the way, answering all our questions & keeping us informed at all times. We were very anxious but every interaction we had with JetPets & their UK partner was very comforting & professional. Levi was very happy to see us & settled in after a few days. Jetpets provided a great service, they were very helpful in the preparation of Marmite's (cat) flight, they provided updates on Marmite's care at every stage of leading up to his flight and he arrived his normal chatty self. Huge thank you all the Jetpets staff

Jetpets were caring, efficient, knowledgeable and all around it made an experience we were a bit anxious about, a lot easier. Our pet is quite sensitive to strangers and being in different places, and how she was returned to us reflected that she had been cared for well and treated gently by people who are obviously pet lovers and know how to handle and look after more timid pets.

Our 9 year old, stress head cat, was moved from Australia to the UK. We honestly did not realise how big of a process this was going to be. All the staff at Jetpets were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. All updates were great and they made it so easy to have all the proper documentation sorted.

Our cat made it here safe and sound and seemed to actually have a very smooth and comfortable journey!

Jetpets organised all the requisite VET health assessments and flight bookings with SAA for our Staffy to travel from Perth WA to Johannesburg RSA. All pickup, care, onboarding, VET clearance on arrival, and delivery services were friendly, kind to us and Jock, and perfectly functional. Great service worth the high cost!

We recently used Jetpets to transport our greyhound to Canada and would NOT RECOMMEND using them for international pet transport.

After a positive pick-up in Australia, we received updates from her pet accommodation in Brisbane and again when she landed in Vancouver. After a 27 hour layover in Vancouver, we were notified at 6am that she'd been checked into her 9am flight to Toronto. However, after confirmation she'd landed in Toronto, I had to chase for updates and was eventually told they had driver shortages. She finally arrived with us at 10:44pm (Toronto time) that night.

Jetpets acknowledged delays and communication lapses in Toronto. However, they didn't acknowledge (and still haven't) Frankie's condition upon arrival:

1. She was extremely dehydrated and delirious - we were concerned as soon as we saw her condition in the van before she came out of the crate.
2. Both water trays were completely dry and we were told she hadn't been fed since she arrived in Toronto so 'she didn't mess her crate', i.e. she wasn't fed from approx 5am to 10:44pm.
3. She couldn't walk in a straight line, which continued for the first 1.5 days - her body was twisted when she tried to walk. This led us to believe she'd been in the crate for an extended time.

We stayed up to monitor her during the night and if she hadn't started to immediately drink water, we were ready to call the emergency vet. Despite all this, the Jetpets partner in Toronto reported that 'she arrived bright and alert'.

We understand from others who've brought pets to Canada that they arrived in good condition. Providing food and water and minimizing crate time are essential and she was perfectly healthy when she left Australia. We entrusted Jetpets with Frankie's welfare as we relocated to Canada. We couldn't have been more disappointed and were heartbroken when she arrived.

I recently relocated my borzoi, Phaedra from Sydney to Hong Kong! This journey was not easy but Jetpets made it a breeze. They arranged all exportation appointments and health clearance, saving us a lot of stress. They were amazing with communication, shout out to Katie Halson for answering my endless questions!!! Under their loving care Phaedra arrived clean and fresh, relatively calm considering how anxious she can be. Cannot thank or recommend Jetpets enough

Jacinta and the others at Jetpets did everything they could to support us and our cats through our trip. We were kept informed every step of the way and were confident that our cats were looked after and cared for from start to finish.

Amazing service, could not have asked for more when flying our 2 cats back to UK from Australia. JetPets made it super simple and easy, and kept us updated during the journey. The cats settled in well when we landed which is a testament to the care provided during the trip. Could not recommend more!

Jetpets were amazing from start to finish. I moved my two cats from Melbourne, Australia to Edmonton, Canada. Their communication throughout the process was excellent and always helpful. Once my cats started their journey, I received regular reports and photos. These were so reassuring. I was also able to track their flights. They landed in Edmonton in excellent condition. They were so settled that it's honestly like nothing even happened! They are both now fast asleep in their new home, seemingly oblivious to the whole thing. Thanks, Jetpets!

Jetpets were absolutely amazing from the minute I contacted them for the move of our beautiful Bear and Cooper from South Australia to South Island New Zealand.
I was stressed about all the paper work but they helped me through it all and sent me photos and updates about our pets whilst they were travelling.

We recently moved our beloved dog Riggs from Sydney to San Francisco, and JetPets made the journey as simple as possible. While we wish we could have flown together (as in, Riggs sitting in the seat next to us - I wish!), we couldn't be more grateful for the care and attention Riggs received from JetPets.

From the very beginning, the JetPets team answered all our questions with patience and expertise, guiding us through the process seamlessly. When Emma, the JetPets representative, arrived to pick up Riggs for the journey, her warmth and genuine love for animals immediately put us at ease. Saying goodbye was still tough, but knowing Riggs was in such good hands made it bearable.

Throughout the journey, we received regular updates on Riggs' location, health checks, and even a sweet report card from his handler detailing their playtime and cuddles. It meant the world to know he was being so well cared for.

Riggs arrived in San Francisco (after a long 14-hour flight) surprisingly acting like his normal self: happy, healthy and ready to stretch his legs (ha!). We're so relieved we chose JetPets to make this big move, and we can't recommend them highly enough to anyone relocating their furry family member.

Jetpets made the relocation of our dog from Sydney to Auckland seamless. They were professional and so totally organised at all times. I really appreciated how they guided us through the process and were kind and helpful at all times. The day before and the day of the dogs flight, the txt messages and the report from the Jetpets handler kept us updated and enabled us to feel confident that the dog was safe and in good hands. The written report and photos from the Jetpets handler were awesome - thanks so much.

Whilst dog travel isn't cheap, and we were a little anxious about the process, we had a fantastic experience where we felt like our fur babies were well looked after during their voyage from Perth to Paris, and arrived clean, fresh, calm and happy. Big thanks to the friendly and helpful staff!

In August of 2023 I moved to Vancouver, Canada from Melbourne, Aus with my very anxious rescue cat Mochi. Jetpets was the reason we were able to do this, the communication was stellar throughout my entire journey, from the initial quote to the day we landed here. They made sure we were on the same flight to Vancouver and my cat was way calmer than expected upon landing. I even received a photo and written update during her layover in Brisbane :)

Jessica Cinque was my primary contact throughout most of the journey and she was wonderful, I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and compassionate person to oversee it all.

The JetPets team were amazing from start to finish. We moved our two dogs from Australia to LA with them. We dealt primarily with Rachael who was incredible - super warm and friendly, answered all our questions professionally and knowledgeably and kept us informed throughout the process (including when our dogs' flight was delayed).

Both dogs arrived MUCH more relaxed and happy than I was expecting them to be after such a long flight which is testament to the care and attention they clearly received.

JetPets was so fantastic to work with when we moved our cat from Melbourne to London. I felt really reassured throughout the process.
