Reel Avis 

I have paid off my item since the 9th and it has yet to be shipped I have emailed and they keep asking for my size after its input!!!! This seems likea huge scam!

I was extremely indecisive during my first reel and they were super understanding and helpful. I absolutely love this so far! No complaints. Was able to change what I was putting my money towards a couple times.

I just placed a order 3.12.19 and applied the 56 weeks payment..I'm a little confused..when do i get my order...or i get it after i paid my merchandise completely...please help...and i also sent 3 email and no answers

I started reel’ing at the end of January beginning of February. Had some ups and downs. Wish there was a way for us to make the changes without having to email and wait on a reply. Other then that reel’ing is fun and I don’t feel guilty.

What an easy way to get luxury items that you would normally feel guilty about buying! I hardly missed the weekly debits from my account and before I knew it, I had a big bottle of Tarte Radiance drops in my mailbox. Thank you Reel! I want to do it again.

I have reel a few times even having an item cancelled and refunding my money. I had no problems with Reel. I have received my items and I have received my refund as expected. Shania has been my point of contact in most of my inquiries but have also dealt with Ana. Both ladies were professional and prompt. Currently, waiting for an item to be delivered or receive a status but Shania has replied every time. I’ll continue reel’ing for as long as I can.

Their response time is extremely slow. I requested a refund on 2/19. I spoke with Shania and Ana who both said it’ll take up to 10 business days for me to see the refund. They haven’t cancelled my reels to refund me. And now they are not replying to my message.
poor customer service. I will be contacting the bbb and making a visit to my bank.

I’ve been reel-ing for couple months now and I’m loving this website/app it really helped me a lot to save for the items that i really want coz I don’t know how to save LOL this is a great idea for the people that don’t know how to save (well for everyone of course) you would not notice that your done reel-ing. I also love all the team shania, ashley, anna, all of them! they respond quick and they really help me every step of the way and questions about stuff too. I recommended them to my family and friends and they can’t wait to reel-ing :)

I feel like this app was made for me. I am so bad with money and it’s awesome to set an amount per day for something big or even something as small as makeup, and not break the bank. I love that you can change the amount whenever you need to or just pause it. I will give a pointer though, I wish there were ways to cancel items or switch your savings to another item directly from the website instead of having to ask the personal shopper to do it. Also when you have saved for your item it’d be nice if it disappeared from the savings menu coz it doesn’t need to be there anymore once you receive it. Also an app would be better than website! But other than that I’m such a fan and have told so many friends about it, I think it’s just such a smart idea!

I need help on my order

I saved to purchase a LV purse through joinreel. I saved up the required amount and placed an order on the purse. After waiting for over 10 days my purse had not shipped and I requested a refund and canceled my order. A refund was supposedly submitted to me on 1/31/2019, today’s date is 2/19/2019 and I still have not received my refund even though I have been told multiple times that the redund has been processed. I would like to receive my refund as I have been promised so many times already. I have purchased an item through reel once before and had no issues and that’s why I am very surprised for the way this has been handled. I am requesting my refund in the amount of $1004 to be returned to me immediately.

Ana has been awesome!!! And my Reel is perfect! At first, the wrong size was ordered for me, but I let Ana know and she helped me fix it with such ease! Love my first experience! Will definitely be Reeling more!! 💜💜💜
