This is the most sketchy website. I had written a bad review before, but now I can say they deserve it. I just finished paying off for my item, (fendi wallet) which is a lot of money. I confirmed my email to have it shipped out hopefully soon & now I received 5 days later that the item I’ve been saving up for since March is no longer available. Like are you kidding me ?! That is rediculous, if the item was no longer available doesn’t this company/website not have ANY consideration to let the consumer know ? I am so livid. Now I’m out a bunch of money that is being held. How unprofessional. Do Not Order From Them. Save yourself the stress !

I love that system so much I had the great experience anytime I reeled something and I love their customer service specially Shania she is the best she has been helping me since day one and I am extremely happy and satisfied, I will definitely recommend reel.

The customer service is so poor for this company I been trying to contact them for 2 days and all get is a computer telling me one hour or a day later this is very unprofessional

When I made my final payment right before mothers day my gucci shoes was ship out, was very excited when they came befor mothers day. well quess what they was the wrong size and I was not a happy customer. Don't think i should have to wait 10 days for a refund and definitely shouldn't be charged any percentage especilly when it not my fault. Been asking to speak to a supervisor for the last 2 days still haven't spoke with anyone. Do yall have a direct number. Please send my money back before 10 days

I have nothing bad to say! I’ve used reel to get several luxury items and it’s always a pleasure!!! I was a little uneasy about not getting tracking info on my last reel and when I messaged to inquire, I found out that it was out for delivery that day so I had to change some plans to get home to receive it! Otherwise, it’s a great service and I’m happy to have it as an option when making a large purchase!!

Shania from Reel was super friendly and answered my questions quickly. She even went out of her way to personally push my order to the purchasing team so it could be sent to me faster. Fully impressed!

Incredibly unhappy with my entire experience for a number of reasons. 1. My reel was apparently set up for the last payment to be $15 when their system is only set up to withdraw the set amount you sign up with which means a whopping extra $127 was overdrawn from my account. 2. When trying to clarify the confusion they only have a messenger to reach customer service so response time is about 12 hours between messages if they’re offline. 3. Email correspondence was virtually non existent and was only sent emails when I reached out to support. 4. I confirmed my item size via support and they said that they would process my order. When I reached out they said I needed to confirm it via email. So what was the point of confirming it through support? 5. Back to the overdrawn money, I receive an email stating I only had a $26.65 credit to my account so this is when I really start getting frustrated. That’s a huge discrepancy from the extra $127 I was overdrawn. Mind you they have a 10% cash out fee to return your money to your bank account. All of which my balance is not accessible on the website, you need to confirm cash out through support, and it takes 10 days to be returned to your account. 6. Replied all of this to support and guess what? They’re offline so I have to wait for a response. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Will definitely not be doing business again and would not recommend it to anyone. Definitely a site that has a lot of potential but all of this confusion is ridiculous. I really hope this all gets sorted out.

I absolutely love this site! I reeled my first Gucci mini in a month! This site is great for people who don’t like to spend a lump sum of money to have the nice things they want. The quality of my purse is lovely and all their items are 100% authentic ! I’m working on several other reels at the moment. And i will be using this site all them time! I’m so glad i stumbled across it! My only complaint which is a small one is once you have completed saving for your reel, it takes about 2 1/2 weeks for all contributions to clear and to receive your item! Other than that this site is wonderful !

I love the options of merchandise offered. A lot of the new seasons items are available. Customer service was excellent, I changed my mind about 4x and each time there was no hassle. I love my new bag ave have recommended this sight to everyone... working on bag #2 as we speak
