Great service, vast knowledge and always go the extra mile. Abbie and team always treat me like part of the family when I arrive. They are very busy but that doesn't deter them from serving straight away and giving a great experience
Worst experience as a customer.
No decent staff left there anymore it seems especially ones with any experience or product knowledge since Wolesley took them over. One very rude women at the trade counter and several useless employees that didn't help on the day. Branch manager clearly clueless too and the place is in a bad state no stock available and overall a very bad experience. AVOID
I ordered a few things. The order was taking a little longer than expected and I hadn't received any email to confirm the status of the order. After contacting them they said that they were waiting on some parts to come in from their supplier and would get the order out to me as soon as all parts were ready to send.
A few days later the order arrived on a pallet, safe and sound.
A good business to deal with. If you need parts yesterday, it is an idea to call ahead to make sure they have all the parts you need in stock, however if you plan ahead and aim to get your parts together a couple of weeks before the job, then all is fine and the prices are very competitive, a win all round.
Utterly terrible service.
I bought some heat shrink from these last week and when it arrived I realised it was not the correct size. I very politely emailed Jon the Sales Manager who has come back to me and said they don't except refund at all which I think this is a disgrace.
No where on their website does it state that and now he wont even reply to my emails. Some customer service that is!
If I could give them zero stars I would!
Easy to deal with and on the particular product I purchase from them they are always by far the most competitive. Ordering is easy on their website and I normally get free delivery. They also have a rewards system and an app for ordering. All in all a pleasure to deal with.
