Gorgeous dress. With Kaleidoscope I always have to size up. I’m normally a 10 so ordered a 12. Fit lovely. It’s a great design and hangs just right. Quick delivery. Can’t fault it.

I had a code VN6P from you to buy from you with free delivery and 25% off including sale items with electrical a select brands excluded. I placed an order and got the free delivery but not the 25% off. When I queried it I was told I was lucky to get my items in the sale and I shouldn’t expect any more off. Very unhelpful CS and why bother to send me an offer when you have no intention of honouring it. Oh and it doesn’t state which are the select brands, useless and lies to get people to order from you. Don’t bother sending me any more “special offers” because you won’t honour them

Great selection of clothing, was looking for an outfit for a wedding. Unfortunately the dresses I ordered were not suitable, but the returns policy was easy and refunded within 10workings days. Will happily use Kaleidoscope again.

arrived very quickly and well packed. Unfortunately, although the dress is beautiful. Stunning material and well made, it was far too big on the top half really gaping armholes and too long in the shoulder straps for me. The bottom half was fine so no point in reordering. therefore it was sent back the same day.

I love the jumpsuit 😍 I brought..but there was a mix up..and apparently I used two codes the new customer code and another for free delivery..I didn't want too waste the new customer code ..and when I contacted customer service too say this ..all they kept banging on about terms and conditions 😒
