Delivered within 24 hours even though I asked for 3-5 days of delivery. Shockingly good service. There can be no better experience with an online store than that, especially aware from amazon.

No customer service
No customer service. Ignores emails & phone line doesn’t work.
Two weeks for dispatch and didn’t even send everything id ordered - luckily I paid via PayPal and was able to get my money back.
Avoid at all costs.

Awful customer service
Do not use this company if you expect any sort of customer service, it doesn’t exist.
I returned my roller boots (had a broken wheel) on 30th May. Worn them for less than 20 hours indoors and they broke.
I’ve had 2 emails from them regarding my return. One to say they were assessing the boots to see if they were actually faulty and another one to say they were not faulty and they were replacing the wheel and returning the boots to me. It’s 3rd July and I’m still waiting.
They’ve had my money and they’ve got my boots as well.
I’ve contacted Amazon a few times to help. Up to now they haven’t done anything, despite me buying these through their website from this seller.
Read all the other 1star reviews on here, all very similar experiences.
Don’t buy from Kate’s skates, go elsewhere!

Items are good quality but service very poor. Had an issue with my order and have emailed and submitted a contact form and nobody has bothered to reply to me. Very poor indeed so wouldn’t recommend.

Not true to size!
The skates are too big despite ordering the correct size. They feel at least a full size too big. I take an 5 in other skates and shoes.
Also there was a delay in delivery and the box was bashed.
I have asked to return them.

I had no problems with Kates Skates, order arrived promptly hassle free.
I actually ended up placing two orders on the same day as I’d forgotten something and someone was good enough to pick up on that and just send in one parcel.
