Great service from start to finish. We had help on deciding which chair we needed for my partner who is recovering from a brain injury. And managed to find the right chair. It was delivered this Monday from Charlie and Sam again couldn’t fault their customer service, and how polite they were

Fantastic experience from choosing our new sofas, for the ease of making the purchase on the day. Call received when sofas were ready, we were on holiday and no problem to contact on our return. Delivery and installation excellent. Called to say they were on their way. Polite friendly guys who delivered the sofas. So pleased with the quality of the sofas and would highly recommend.

We ordered our sofas from the very knowledgeable and curtious staff working in the Lincolnshire branch and were given a time scale a lengthy one but that was due to the manufacturer and not anything that KC could control.
Anytime i phoned they answered or called back as soon as they could.
The delivery was also faultless i was given a time and it arrived as arranged the two guys Nathan and Tyler were curtious and efficent fitting the sofas together in rapid order .
Im totally happy with the service i recived from KC Sofas and would happily recomend them to any prospective customers.

This is not a review about KC sofas it is about Emmiera and Lazyboy. I received a Lazyboy cuddle chair, Baxter range , in April 2025.I knew straight away that it wasn’t right. It was tapered at the back, uncomfortable, leg rest sloppily made. I went back to the store to sit in the one I had seen and it was perfect. To cut a very long story short mine is just not the same. The bottom has gone out of it, no lumbar support, indentations on the foot rest, it is a mess. I had two men from Emmiera, the makers, to see it. The first one couldn’t have cared less, the second one said that they expect 8-10% complaints and I would get nowhere.The model in the shop is specially made for the shop.So beware, it was expensive, I can’t sell it so it will be just chucked out. I spoke to Lazyboy in London twice, they recommend reupholstering. Have wasted my money, I am old and can’t be bothered anymore. A very Lazyboy made my Lazyboy.

Lovely sofa and chair lovely quality and great service from in store and delivery from James and Sam who took great care to set up and unwrap the furniture making sure everything working for the recliners and in the right position for us
