No pressure sales people, we just browsed until we found something we liked.

From ordering our sofa to having it delivered the service was fantastic. The two delivery men were on time, very professional and respected our property.

Steve in the showroom was very helpful and friendly also pointed us i the right direction when we said the type of sofa we were looking for Delivery Team Tyler and Nath arrived on time after telephoning to say they were on their way very friendly and efficient Also made sure I was completely satisfied with the sofa and its positioning before they left

Charlie and Sam delivered our three piece suite today and they were excellent nothing wasn't too much trouble putting the furniture together and placing it exactly where we wanted it. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had seen this company advertised on Facebook and decided to travel to Doncaster to find it. Upon arrival we were greeted by Chloe who told us we were welcome to browse and if we needed anything to call her over. We asked her about a suite but it was over our budget. She asked what our budget was and what were we looking for? She showed us to a lovely sofa, told us all about it and what the extras would be. We decided to go ahead and Chloe explained all our options about Stainguard, delivery charge and lead time. We left the store as happy customers. Within half an hour Chloe rang me to say she had double checked her paperwork and had found a mistake. She had over charged us by £50 and was most apoligetic. She said she had contacted customer services and I would get a call by the end of the day regarding the refund. I got that call less than an hour later and the credit was raised. I can't fault KC Sofas and would recommend them without hesitation. I look forward to taking delivery of our new sofas in the new year. Thanks Chloe, merry Christmas :)
