Well I’ve used this company directly and never had a problem in the past. In fact I’ve ordered monthly recently due to good results using their products.
This month I placed my order directly and forgot something. Rather than paying the additional P&P I ordered their products on eBay. Well it’s never arrived. Not only that but I’ve sent 3 messages and they’ve replied to none.
Is this how you keep hold of your existing customers? Just ignore them when something goes wrong? Take ownership of this Kent Particles.
Also moving forward with other people doing ready made PVA bags I will think twice about using Kent particles.
Very poor customer service.

My mate Ordered particle .didnt turn up when stated between 26/29december with a £6delivery charge for a £7/8 order .called on 5th jan told be delivered 10th jan .asked to cancel and wanted to charge £5 of £7/8 order to cancel .ruined our trip as dont have time to boil my own now .and wont be home on the 10th jan as fishing .really bad the £5 charge to cancel an order that hadnt turned up

Very unimpressed.
Ordered 2 x tubs of 12mm wafters... was sent 2 x tubs of 6mm wafters that they don't even sell... This is bream bait, something I'd not only never use, but, avoid like the plague!
The pellets I bought are sold as STICKY 4MM pellets, but, they are just cheap pellets with the same krill attractants - while still labelled as the STICKY brand.
Tried 3 times to get some help, email and facebook - nothing.
Really shocked, as, there's just no reason to sell, trade like this and I was going to give them til next week before leaving a review but the other reviews state that this treatment is their standard practise!
Again, 6mm wafters sent, despite ordering 12mm and they don't even sell 6mm - so, they have no excuse on that.
Update, received a reply, weeks later and not even relating to the complaint... then after a follow up, they told me to send the order that they messed up back - AT MY EXPENSE! Do not order their wafters, they are not as described! They have no idea how they should be sold measurement wise!!!

First time ordering and very impressed. Bait arrived exactly when promised, delivery firm followed instructions, Kent Particles read the special instructions on the order and great touch with the label on the package.

Ordered hemp, maize and tigers and was worried it'd be bulked out by the cheaper maize but definitely not, equal parts of all ingredients just as I wanted.

Of course the main thing is how it performs and only just received but looks spot on and if the bait performs as well as the service we're on to a winner

First time order from Kent particles very disappointed most of the hemp was not split under specified weight. Won’t use again

Have used these guys a couple of times and they have been nothing short of amazing. Great quality ,price and service.
Also helped me sort a large order last minute.

I was slightly dubious about my order as i had ordered before reading reviews on here but i have to say I cant fault them, fantastic products good fast delivery time, so give them a chance it is under new ownership I believe as i have been in contact with them regarding my order, I will be a regular customer from now on

Absolutely avoid like the plague. I bought 5 x 5kg bags of hemp/corn mix bags. It arrived today. It was 5 bags of hemp with a half a cup of corn per bag. When I weighed the bags 2 of the bags were under 4kg. I emailed the support team to get back that it clearly states 400g of corn on the ad and that hemp is the expensive item I must just add more corn. Furthermore my scales arent calibrated.

Well going on their website I noticed all of a sudden additional wording was added to the item. At first I thought I had the wrong item selected and the fault was mine to go on the exact same item in bucket form to not have the 400g wording added but after I refreshed the page miraculously the additional wording was there. They literally edited their website after my complaint to cover the shoddy product they sent out in the post. I have never seen such dishonesty. Then to tell me hemp is expensive lol. You can go to impact particle and buy 20kg for £15 delivered. I paid £50 per 20kg. Furthermore I used 2 x pair of scales and if they weren't calibrated their "calibrated" scales was out by a kg on 3 bags regardless. Never again. People please look elsewhere.

Wish I had read these reviews before I put my order in. Never again

Shamefull bought 5kgs of fresh/frozen and got 5kgs of air dried bollies that had been frozen was unable to brake them up with my hand they were like pebbles never use them again

Delivered as promised - the 9.99 for the delivery seemed expensive and for that I would expect it may have been delivered quicker but 8 days from order to door so would be useful to know that when ordering. Good quality bait and well sealed so will use again. Thanks

I recently ordered 200 filled pva bags from this lot, 100 live system and 100 SLK. Firstly their courier delivered them to the Restaurant next to me, no card nothing through the door, had to email Kent Particles who advised. So far not Kent Particles fault. I opened the bag, surprisingly small for 200 pva bags - why was obvious when I saw that the PVA bag's were about the size of a 10 pence piece, with a few pellets in them. I asked to return them as nothing like the advert, they said ok, but got to pay return postage or use APC again either way I would be between £10 and £13 down for nothing. I decided to keep them and put it down to experience. I put a couple in the margin at the lake when I went fishing, 4 hours later they were still intact, in fact solid, not even sure it's PVA. Anyway won't ever be using them again, extremely poor product and nearly £40 down, they must know they were nothing like illustration.

Customer service are so rude when you ring,they don’t give you a tracking number so you don’t know when your order is coming,hopefully my bait comes as I’ve had an email to say it’s on its way but when I rang apc they have said they don’t have a order for me,twice I’ve ordered off Kent particles and both times have been hassle receiving my order

They have a great selection to choose from. Customer service was great at answering my questions. I I rdered a selection of different baits, they are amazing quality and arrived very quickly. Good value for money too with their deals. They were recommended to me and I’ll definitely be recommending them in the future.

If you live in Northern Ireland and choose next day delivery, they'll happily take the cost for the shipping but then they'll switch it to RM 2nd class and not bother telling you. Will just tie them myself in future.

Very helpful wen I was let down by other companies, will definitely be us Kent Particle in the very near future 👌🏻👌🏻

Not sure if these people are trading, web site is running but nothing for over two weeks. Tried calling and sending email but no response. I've now gone to another supplier.

Strange way to run a business

I bought bait five months ago and upon complaining about how hard it was and pointing out it was unusable after this period, the response had some business sense as to them protecting the business was given which I kinda get, however the sarcasm of informing me repetitively about the period in my possession and how I store my bait being an issue for a fisherman of over 40 years experience quite derogatory. I was offered to return the bait for them to check which again I get, however I had informed them I'd chucked it and spent more money on other bait. Not bothered about the refund, however Kent Particle customers check your orders when they arrive, definitely a disappointed customer.

just received my 3rd order this year from them perfect as the last and catching plenty of big fish well happy

Just received 10k of hemp lest than 36hrs from placing my order. Great service and will definitely be using for the foreseeable future 👍
