Worst company I have ever used
Worst company I have ever used! NEVER answer the phone, sent my order (1 week late) of Tiger Nuts and the quality was terrible, lots of twigs, stones, plastic and even a big chunk of metal!!! Alan, the owners, quoted "Oh yeah we did think they were bad quality when making them" But they still sent them to me! I have asked for a refund, have tried calling them upwards of 30 times, have sent them various emails, have sent them Facebook messages and still nothing, complete radio silence. AVOID THIS COMOPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

Order from more reputable bait companies....
Placed an order at the end of April,had to contact company to find out when certain items would be available as they were not released.Waited until end of May still nothing,now at the end of June and a number of "It will be with you by....." e mails still nothing.Have contacted Credit Card company to obtain refund.Either this company has ceased trading,or is certainly unable to fulfil orders.My advice order from more reputable bait companies there are plenty out there,and avoid having no goods,and the aggravation of having to go through the process of having to obtain your money back.
