Kettle & Toaster Man Graded Product Specialist Avis 

My experience of purchasing my items was very easy which I was very grateful for as I'm not that good with purchasing goods online but I certainly wouldn't be concerned if I purchase anything from the website again.

Avoid this company at all costs! My item wasn’t delivered and all they did was make it very, very difficult! I am without the product and refund as DHL didn’t deliver but nor would kettle and toaster man help me fill out the form when I don’t have a printer! It was very simple for them to print it off and send to DHL but they refused to do so! I am now progressing with a claim through my bank but retired anyone considering using this company to just go to Amazon who can be trusted

I have been very impressed with this company, but not because of a purchase!
I ordered (for the first time) a product that they did not have in stock, and so they actually phoned me, and left a message to that effect, offering an alternative, which unfortunately, was not suitable. As I missed the call, they then, very efficiently, proceeded to initiate a full refund, with a covering e-mail. I would certainly recommend them to others, and order from them again in the future, as the service was superb.

Do not use this company..I clicked on this by mistake and never again. Recieved a used dirty old kettle Morphy Richards that looked as if it had been returned about 10 times. This I wouldn't even use as it's probably not safe. Big expensive mistake on my part. You have to pay postage &packaging to return. Just go buy the proper items you'll save more in long run. I'm down £40 as just couldn't be bothered with the hassle they don't refund if it's cosmetic issues. Do not make mistake I did and buy 2nd hand or 10th hand from this company seriously scamming the life out of everyone. But the real McCoy and it will save you any hassle. I'm appalled at the price of this used kettle imagine sending that out to anyone in a tatty old box but still charging £35 plus post *packaging..I am a fool and don't be fooled by this scam of a company!!!!!!!!

The website tells me there in stock i order them and there not in stock, what a waste of time

Avoid.

Kettle arrived in a box that looked packed from pre war times, seriously, dusty, filthy and dirty. Kettle is scratched / damaged at front. Knock off nasty products, if you’re after a gamble and knock off this is ideal if not, avoid. DHL guy dropped the package in porch, not interested.

Fast first class service fantastic communication a pleasure to do business with.

Postage was super quick. Company were good at communication.
I bought a coffee machine for £20 which retails at just under £100. It had been used as the filter was slightly stained but I had read the disclosure prior to my purchase so I was ok with that. There wasn’t an instruction manual but a coffee machine is hardly rocket science snd anyway, I was able to download the instructions online. If youre after an appliance that’s cheap and your not bothered that someone might have bought it, tried it and returned it then this is a great option. I’m happy with my purchase and £70 better off than buying it from Curry’s!

Wow! I can’t believe how quick, ordered one day got it the next day. Very well boxed and works perfectly although I have a crack at the base.
I just think it needs to be made clearer that these products have been restored.

I ordered a birthday gift from kettle and toaster, the first thing I spotted an issue was 4 days after payment, a refund was issued to my Amex, no correspondence, 10 days later and still no email. V poor service

I was suprised how quick and easy it was and how delivery was so quick

Packaging rearly the worse for wear the applince had been used perhaps once a few skufs on side and one on the top cannot get stop button to work easley but it could be me not using programme properly I did not know I was buying a used product you do have to read everything before you buy I think this fryer has been out more than once.

Very pleased with our kettle Quick Service & informed when it was going to be delivered, no hanging around waiting for delivery 👍
