Kids Pass - don’t bother
Went for the Kids Pass 1 month subscription during the summer holidays.
Whilst on holiday it auto renewed subsequently meaning I got charged £4.99 for the next month with no real benefit of using the discounts.
When I made this known to the customer service department that I was out of the country they still stated I’d have to pay.
No real point of having the subscription as it only really saves a few quid and that’s if you actually use the discounts which are pretty standard online anyway.

Kids pass is a subscription-based service and we do state this during the sign-up process. In the sign up process, we also advise you of the day that your membership will renew at the full price.
To prevent any future charges, members need to cancel their subscription, which can be done easily at any time through the “My Account” section on our website. Once a cancellation is completed, we always provide a confirmation email along with a reference number to confirm it’s been successfully processed.
Please be assured that we only process payments for active members who have authorised them. After cancellation, no further charges will be made.

Horrific company
Horrific company. Previously cancelled my subscription by email as could not logon to site. Customer service send standard stock answers. No refund of 3 months subscription. Apparently they have ‘no record ‘ of the cancellation. Absolute rubbish
Sort yourselves out Kids Pass
Thanks for the reply- it’s the same as I have already received. Standard wording. Zero help from the email address you give. In my reply I explained about the cancellation in June.

Kids Pass saved me £100s in the summer hols... Zoo discounts... Pleasure beach discounts... Waterworld... Cinema. All for £1 trial price. I planned to delete after summer but I'm paying the 4.99 per month as its well worth it!!

Absolutely scammers! Don’t fall into this trap!
Absolutely scammers! Please don’t fall into this! I bought tickets for my kids via Kidspass for Whipsnade zoo, and apparently you don’t qualify for a free return visit if you book via them. And it doesn’t even state that, they keep going on and on about different stories; “it states not valid with promotions and offers” and then he says “but that’s not our website it’s theirs”, b…sh..t! They should have mentioned that buying via Kidspass does not qualify for the free return visit clearly! They literally scam you and then charge you a subscription for that! I ended up paying twice for the Zoo in two weeks time. Absolutely gutted! To save £10.74, I lost £89.50.
Please don’t buy via Kidspass, they’re scammers, don’t fall into this trap like I did. Save your money and buy via Whipsnade zoo website to get a free return visit.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
We would, however, like to clarify that the free return visit exclusion is clearly communicated before tickets are purchased. When booking the discounted Whipsnade Zoo tickets through Kids Pass, large red text is displayed before purchase stating that these tickets are not valid for the free return visit.
Our team has also responded to you directly and provided screenshots showing exactly where this information is displayed during the booking process.
Kids Pass provides discounted admission to attractions, and some discounted tickets have different terms from tickets purchased directly through an attraction. We always encourage members to review the information and terms shown before purchasing to make sure the ticket is suitable for their plans.
We’re sorry that, on this occasion, the discounted ticket wasn’t the right option for you.

Not always cheaper
Not always cheaper, waste of money. Aimed at younger children, every year it’s the same experiences. Cinema tickets are not cheaper even when you get the basic standard seat as get booking fees on top. Waste of money unless you’re going flamingo land or a zoo!
