I contacted Knotweed Services because a visitor suggested some plants growing wild on the play areas could be Japanese Knotweed.
I sent a photograph and received a reply the same day. Very prompt and very helpful, thank you.

I submitted a photo as I was concerned we may have knotweed in our garden. I had a prompt reply from knotweed services reassuring me that it was not knotweed.

Very helpful advice received very quickly confirming that the suspect plant is not knotweed. Thank you for this. Much appreciated.

I used the online form to send in some pictures, as a contractor had been out to look at the garden and said it looked like we had knotweed. I got a very prompt clear response advising that it isn't, so avoided any further cost or stress.

I emailed a photo enquiry & Mollie replied within the hour, putting our mind at ease. Excellent.

GOOD HONEST IDENTIFICATION - Sent off a photo of what looked like it could have been Japanese Knotweed. Got a response within 24 hours that indicated that it was not. No attempt to up/on sell. That's good ethical business practice. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Clive rung me basically as soon as they did the survey. Advised me everything was fine and didn’t need to do any work as the knotweed was far from the house.
Then had the survey through few hours later, after being told the turnaround is 74 hours.
Hope I don’t need to use the service again, but if I do, I’ll be coming back to this company. Very pleased.

Very prompt reply to my request and very helpful confirmation! Thank you!

So so useful. Quick response and very reassuring

We required an urgent Japanese Knotweed report due to the time limit with the completion. Both the appointment and the report were completed on the same day. Excellent service. Would recommend.

I enquired about Japanese Knotweed with this company and spoke to Louise on 10th October 2024, she was extremely helpful and very patient with me in explaining to me regarding this knotweed and the cost and what next steps would be. I again dealt with Mollie and went through further questions I had, I asked if I could initially send some pictures or videos of the garden to see if this Japanese Knotweed can be spotted. She was extremely helpful and replied back to me within a day and confirmed that my new purchase has No signs of the Japanese Knotweed and without any charges to me.
I am extremely grateful to the company and both Louise and Mollie for their professional service and advise provided to me.
I would highly recommend this company.
Kind regards
Nilesh
