Knotweed Services (UK) Ltd Avis

Dan and his team of Graham and Darrius spent all week at our property excavating the knotweed safely and replacing the filtered soil. All of the guys were very friendly and respectful, it was a pleasure to have them around.
In addition, the communication from Clive, the MD, was top notch at all times.

100% recommended

Wanted an inspection during the purchase of a property to confirm that no knotweed was present. A survey was arranged within a couple of days and a report within a further couple of days. Great service , special thanks to Mollie who was the main point of contact.

I was worried about the presence of Japanese Knotweed in the garden and advised to email some photos for an assessment free of charge. A very swift reply from the company assured me that my fears were unfounded. Delighted with such an efficient, swift and helpful service. Would 100% recommend.

A panic in the late stages of a property purchase when Japanese Knotweed was thought to have been present.

A quick call to Louise followed by some images emailed over and I had good news within 20 minutes - no Japanese Knotweed present.

This free identification service is amazing, every other company I contacted wanted to conduct a full survey at some considerable expense!

With a bit of a panic on discovering on bank holiday weekend a plant with similar characteristics of knotweed. I phoned Knotweed services who recommended I send in photos for them to review free of charge. Within an hour Mollie had replied to confirm that the suspected plant had no characteristics of Knotweed. What a relief! Excellent customer service.

Contacted Knotweed Services as a Property Surveyor to our horror reported Knotweed in our garden to our puchaser.
I used the identification service and in no time at all received good news from Mollie.

I am due to sell my house and was worried I had a Knotweed problem. I spoke to a lovely lady called Louise who was very helpful, I sent her a picture of what I thought was knotweed and she assured me it wasn't. Very easy to deal with, I'm grateful for all her help.

I was really worried that a massive plant which suddenly sprang from nowhere and was 7foot tall in a couple of weeks was Japanese Knotweed and literally panicked myself into thinking I was about to have a bill for thousands of pounds to remove it. Fortunately, thanks to Louise at Knotweed Services (UK) Ltd I now know it's nothing more worrying that a tree that needs a bit of a herbicide bath to kill off. It's a great service to be able to be reassured without charge and to know that the experts are there should matters be very different! A very much appreciated, and prompt email that put my mind at rest straightaway!

I interacted with Knotweed Services and they were prompt in reponses and provided good guidance.
