Received quick respond to my initial query and follow up question to rule out that the plants we spotted in our and our neighbor's gardens were not Japanese Knotweed

A very, very quick and re-assuring reply on the basis of a photo, highly recommended.

I emailed to enquire about possible Japanese knotweed in my garden, with pictures attached. I received an email back within 24 hours, advising I do not have knotweed. The service was swift and did not incur any costs.

Very helpful in their free identification service

Quick efficient service, a very quick response and identification of what I thought would be a problem.

Fantastic service, within 24 hours of uploading photos and confirmed the exact species of plants and thankfully it wasn't japanese knotweed!

Potential knotweed was identified in the survey for a house we were buying. Sent the pictures to Knotweed Services (UK) Ltd. and within a few hours they had confirmed that it was not knotweed. Great service and for FREE!

Excellent experience with Knotweed Services, they excavated the knotweed and have been doing checks / visits for over 2 years now and still clear of knotweed ! Exceptional customer service and always flexible with appointments as I had tenants in the property - would definitely recommend 😀

Brilliant service, verified my photo within 30 minutes, no cost, no hard sell! Definitely will recommend their services.

Excellent and very rapid response, would definitely recommend.

I used the free identification service to confirm the species of plant which I was concerned may have been a Japanese knotweed. Lindsay carried out a really quick and throrough review of the photos provided and was able to confirm the species.Luckily for me, not Japanese knotweed.

I was concerned that we had the dreaded in one of our borders. I took a picture, uploaded it to the website and they came back within 24 hours to let me know it was just some innocuous bindweed. No need to call in the big guns.
A great relief and what a fantastic service! No charge, no push for me to buy something I don't need. It's like being in the 1950s again...
These are good people.

I have just chatted with Clive of Knotweed Services. We have an issue with bamboo. Clive gave me vey honest and sound advice fundamentally says that we should just keep on top of it, rather than go for full eradication. It seems that there can be no guarantee that even full removal and treatment does not guarantee that bamboo won't come back. thus, spends thousands could be futile. Refreshing honesty from a professional company. Well done and thanks Craig

Very prompt response (within an hour) to my whatsapp message containing photos of a plant I was concerned was japanese knotweed.
Notified me of forwarding these to their surveyor and quickly replied explaining despite the similarity it was not knotweed.
Free and fast service, very grateful!
