I supplied photos of a suspicious plant which was growing rapidly in the garden and needed identification. Knotweed services uk provided information quickly confirming that the plant was not Japanese knotweed which has given me peace of mind.

Great service, just uploaded photos and respose was very prompt. Many thanks

Extremely quick response to my initial query and concern. Reassurance provided with a personalised approach. So glad it is not JKW but if it was, I would feel confident that it would of been dealt with in a professional and honest way. Thank you for the excellent service I have received today.

ELLE WALTON HAS BEEN VERY POLITE IN ORDER TO RESPOND TO MY INQUIRY REGARDING KNOTWEED. SATISFIED WITH RESULTS . HAPPY CUSTOMER :)

In my capacity as a sales and lettings agent in Birmingham, I have encountered Japanese Knotweed on several occasions and I use Knotweed Services on behalf of my vendors and landlords.
The free identification service available via the website/email/Whatsapp and social media platforms is ideal for my landlords (who have multiple assets) and Knotweed Services always respond promptly to all enquiries. Surveys have been booked within days of initial contact and reports & quotations are supplied within days.
The staff in the office are great and have been so helpful (Lorraine the Manager along with Clare and Elle who are very efficient and knowledgeable) – taking great care to talk my clients through the process of buying and selling property with Japanese Knotweed & implementing affordable Japanese Knotweed management plans. I would highly recommend this professional company for their specialist, Japanese Knotweed services and the excellent customer care.
A pleasure to deal with as always.

Many thanks Elle
Quick & efficient service all done with a smile will use again & recommend

We have had brilliant service from Knotweed Services who surveyed a property that we are in the process of buying and provided peace of mind that there is no JKW there. Elle Walton who organised the survey was very helpful.

Provided a free survey with comprehensive report within a couple of days of contacting them. Very accommodating as the property was empty and arrangements needed to be made for access. Excellent service!

Friendly and efficient staff. The whole process of removing Knotweed from the premises was made much easier due to their care for our needs. Would definitely recommend, even if it's just sending a photo if you THINK you may have Knotweed, their team will have a look and let you know the best course of action!

Suspected I had knotweed, so sent a picture and had it confirmed near instantly that it wasn't.

Very honest and helpful company.

The team at Knotweed services have been great helping us when we recently had an infestation found during a survey. Really friendly and helpful team, Clare in the office and Peter that came out to assess and treat the infestation were brilliant and very quick at getting the problem under control.

Selling my home and Knotweed showed up in the buyers survey. I emailed Knotweed Services on the Saturday morning and Lorraine called me 1st thing Monday. Not only did she set my mind at rest she also arranged for the surveyor to call the same week and I had all the documentation by the following week. Lorraine has been on the end of the phone every time I have had a query and so supportive. I would highly recommend this business for their customer service and professionalism.

This company is brilliant. Their professional approach scores the highest marks on site, where they deal with the knotweed problem, but also in their efficient office and paper work. I recommend them without any reservation.

Could not be sure that I had Knotweed. After speaking to Lorraine Hicks she asked me to send some photos of the plant growing in my garden. This was done and in a short space of time, received confirmation that the plant was not Knotweed. Great service.

Great company.....really made this process quite painless for us during a house sale👍🏻.....lovely staff too ....😊

I would reccomend this company to anyone who thinks they may hav Japanese Knotweed they have been there for me from start to finish with my house sale.
Everytime i had a question or was worried about the sale falling through they put my mind at rest.
Thankyou so much for helping me through my sale as at one stage i thought the sale was going to fall through but knotweed Services made sure i had all the correct paper work to pass over to the buyer.
